The condo Àr vackert inredda. TvÄ luftkonditionerade sovrum har utsikt över havet, alla med fullt privat badrum och klÀdkammare. (En har en queen size-sÀng och franska dörrar som vetter mot balkongen, den andra har 2 queen size-sÀngar och en fantastisk utsikt över havet). Ett fullt utrustat kök innehÄller en diskmaskin, mikrovÄgsugn, spis och tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare. Vardagsrummet har en 40-tums platt-TV med kabel och trÄdlöst internet.

Faciliteter i lokalerna inkluderar: Privat parkering, en pool, tennis och basketplaner och en lekplats för barn. Det finns 24-timmars sÀkerhet vid frÀmre porten och i frÀmre lobbyn. Stormarknad, apotek och bank med bankomat finns inom gÄngavstÄnd eller en kort bilresa bort.

Great place to stay. Spacious, clean and a wonderful view of the ocean. It also had everything we needed for the beach. It was super easy to find and access with the clear instructions given by the host. We will definitely stay there again.

Communication was excellent, and the view was outstanding from the 12th Floor balcony. Great breeze throughout the unit, AC units worked very well, place was very clean, no bugs! Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, Wi Fi, etc. Great location to access El Yunque, Luquillo Beach, Fajardo, Ceiba for ferry to Culebra/Vieques, Old San Juan, and Santurce.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property was right on the beach — we could hear the waves from the balcony and walk straight onto the sand in seconds. Everything was clean, well-kept, and stocked with thoughtful touches like beach chairs and coolers, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better — close to great restaurants, kioskos, and just a short drive to El Yunque. The host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel completely at home. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, with updated appliances and a beautiful ocean view. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. The building felt secure and safe, and the photos accurately reflect the apartment. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily return!

AMAZING!!!

My husband and I visit the Island every year and this apartment was by far the BEST!!! No complaints whatsoever, all was great, location, the best! We hope to stay here again in the coming years...

I experienced several issues during my stay, and while the property manager did respond, it took two full days of back-and-forth to get everything resolved. The refrigerator was malfunctioning from the moment we arrived the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and the constant alarm ringing wasn't addressed until Friday. This alarm impacted our sleep quality. On top of that, the only television in the unit didn’t work and had to be replaced, which meant we couldn’t enjoy any football games, movies, or family time around the TV during those days.To make matters worse, we had to leave the apartment unlocked while the repairs were being handled, so we didn’t feel comfortable going far with all our belongings inside. Overall, the disruptions and delays significantly affected our stay.

We spent six nights at this condo and enjoyed every second. The pictures are accurate and the view is incredible. The location is ideal! We did everything that we wanted to during the day and still had time to relax in the evenings. Loved that it’s gated with staff present at all times. I felt very safe and never had a concern. Bonnie sells delicious cakes (with rum or without) down the hall and her dog, Pupido, is precious. Can’t wait to plan our next trip back. It’s an amazing place to enjoy with small children or just adults. Love, love, love!!!

Beautiful place

This was an excellent place to stay. The condo was far beyond my expectations. Friendly staff, great location, and great views. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony was a special treat for my elderly sister.

The view is gorgeous. I was initially worried about only having a/c in the bedrooms, but the breeze through the unit was amazing- I wouldn’t have even turned it on if we had it. The beach outside is beautiful. Everything looked newly updated. Will book again!

The view from the balcony is stunning and the breeze that comes through with the balcony doors open is second to none. The condo was fitted with everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and umbrellas. These came in handy as we ventured to various beaches including Icacos Island. Winnie was a great host and super responsive. The condo is super close to Loquillo, great beaches, and nice restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay and thank the owners for their hospitality.

Great location and beautiful condo

Communication was excellent and the condo was very clean. The location was perfect and just steps away to a very family friendly beach. The view was incredible! Also got some delicious rum cakes from Bonnie.

Beach vacation

This is a beautiful, well maintained condo within steps of a lovely beach. There are several restaurants and a great convenience store within an 1/2 mile walk. The owner and property manager are attentive and very kind.

Nice accommodations

The apartment is within walking distance to many delicious restaurants and a nice calm beach is 1/2 mile drive. Home is stocked with spices, laundry detergent and beach gear. The neighbor down the hall makes delicious rum cakes and has the sweetest pup, Pupido who will great you when you come home. Overall nice comfortable stay. Thank you!

Our short but enjoyable time

This apartment is as described with an amazing view of the beach just behind the building. It has everything you will need for your stay. You will feel like home!! The owner is prompt to respond via texts and emails if you have questions besides her excellent availability, she has a binder with details and suggested areas for your needs and enjoyment. It is cleaned , organized and very welcoming. I highly recommend staying at this place and will definitely stay again if it’s available.

We have been coming to Playa Azul since 1998 for family vacations. We did not want a resort atmosphere and chose Playa Azul because it is a quaint, low key beach village with nice beaches.

It is very accessible to nearby points of interests, such as The Rainforest and various activities in Fajardo, including the Bioluminescent Bay.

It is within a reasonable driving distance to the airport and San Juan. (40 min.)

It is within walking distance to the beach.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Luquillo is a quaint and tranquil little seaside town, uniquely located 30 min. from San Juan International Airport, 10 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest and 10 minutes from Fajardo.

There is a most beautiful walk on the beach, between Playa Azul and Balneario Monserat Luquillo Beach.
