A true slice of the Great Smoky Mountains, Bandit's Riverfront Retreat features stunning views of the water and surrounding mountaintops. A custom-built bar on the balcony offers the perfect spot to dine al fresco and take in the serene atmosphere. The sounds of the Little Pigeon River soothe the soul while sipping your favorite beverage with family and friends. Named after the ownerâs fearless pup Bandit, this family-friendly getaway presents wonderful amenities, including a resort pool and kiddie pool, hot tub, fishing, and a riverwalk trail. We are family owned and operated, professionally cleaned, and it's in a great location!
This condo is in a prime location that is approximately, a half a mile from the Apple Barn, and less than a mile from the Great Smoky Mountain Parkway - the main thoroughfare between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Inside your riverfront retreat, discover personal touches that create a homey and welcoming feel. Unwind next to the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the smart TV in the living area. Whip up delectable dishes in the pristine kitchen with a full suite of appliances and ample cookware. Additional highlights include, a jetted tub in the main en suite, an additional smart TV in the primary bedroom, a private washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi.
Our condo is inspected annually by the Sevier County Fire Inspector, to ensure your stay is as safe as possible. Our permit is prominently displayed right outside and inside the front door. We have also included a picture of our most recent permit dated 03/2023. Our unit is equipped with hard wired smoke detectors, three carbon monoxide detectors, a sprinkler system, and a fire extinguisher. You will find that we have taken extra steps inside our unit to help your stay be as safe as possible.

We purchased this condo, in 2020, as a half-way meeting point, so that we could see our grandchildren (Alayna 9, Raelyn 6, and Emersyn 4) more often. It is the perfect place to make new memories! This area of Tennessee provides so much to do, there is never a dull moment! We appreciate your support of our family and look forward to hosting you and your family in our "happy place"!
