Come and enjoy our family-friendly, oceanfront condo in the heart of Myrtle Beach, just steps from the famous Boardwalk and Promenade. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit features two private balconies with stunning Atlantic Ocean views. Located just steps away from the beach, it's perfect for both a relaxing beach getaway and an entertainment-packed vacation. We have you covered!

ABOUT OUR CONDO
Located on the 15th floor, our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit offers the following amenities to accommodate a comfortable stay:

BEDROOMS
- Primary bedroom with 1 king bed, kitchenette, smart TV, private bathroom, floor to ceiling windows, private balcony access with two comfortable swivel chairs and dedicated workspace with desk and supplies available for use.
- Second bedroom with two full beds, smart TV and private bathroom.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a great entertaining experience including an ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishware, and full set of spices and seasonings.
- Dining table and chairs comfortably seats 6.

LIVING AREAS
- The living space offers floor to ceiling ocean view windows with balcony access, a smart TV, board games and plenty of seating to relax after a long day in the sun!
- Sip your coffee or cocktail and listen to the waves crash while sitting on one of two private balconies.
- Queen sleeper sofa in living room.

BATHROOMS
- Both bathrooms are equipped with towels, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryers.

ABOUT THE RESORT
The Bay View on the Boardwalk offers an oceanfront poolscape including a brand new outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and fire pit and an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, lazy river and kiddie pool. Looking for the beach? Direct white sandy beach access is right in front of you! Enjoy life-size games of chess and checkers, Starbucks downstairs in the building, shuffleboard overlooking Ocean Boulevard and a fully equipped fitness center.

After a long day at the pool or beach, check out the 1.2 miles long Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk and Promenade, a lengthy stretch that provides pristine views of the entire beach line and direct access to numerous shops and restaurants as well as the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel - all walking distance from the condo!

- The keyless entry code and check-in instructions will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. The front desk will not know your door code!

- We are not affiliated with the Bayview Resort management. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the cleanliness of the resort, pools, elevators, or anything else in the building. If you need anything, please contact us directly. Thank you for your understanding!
- No pets are permitted.
- Renters must be at least 25 years of age to rent our condo.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the condo or on the balconies. $200 fine for smoke removal/deodorization.
- Wristbands will be supplied and waiting for you in the condo. (One for each registered guest). These wristbands must be worn in all the pool areas at all times to prove you are our guest.

The room was perfect for my party of 5 enough space for everyone i was here celebrating my 48th birthday the room was clean and I love the views from the two balconies I would definitely be back next year for my 49th birthday. The location was everything

Great location! It’s close to everything. I had expected the condo to be cleaned a bit better because of the previous comments. There were not beach towels in the condo, but the owner had some delivered to our door!

Honestly, you can't beat this location. The property itself is very well kept, the kitchen is stocked(with two coffee options, bring your own pods for Keurig or make a pot and there are plenty of filters). The beds were comfortable! The condo didn't have actual beach towels, but you can grab fresh(tiny) towels in the indoor pool section everyday. Our kids loved all the pool options. The condo has plenty of beach chairs and toys, we didn't need to bring anything with us. We did end up just paying the service out front to use their chairs and umbrella, its our vacation and the less work for us, the better! There are beach stores and places to eat within walking distance and we saw fireworks from the pier! This note is nothing condo related but the beach itself is pretty shelly when you first walk in, my kids got a few cuts from shells on their feet. We ended up getting them water shoes, and they were worth it! I have no complaints about this place and would book it again.

Location, Location, Location! Great location. check in, entering the building and leaving the building are a bit unusual. Parking garage is a block away but the building location is great. Right on the beach with great views and within walking distance to the boardwalk shops and beach volleyball courts.

The view of the ocean was beautiful and the decor was attractive, but it went down hill from there. There were mouse droppings in the chest of drawers in the primary bedroom. The balcony off the primary was disgusting. I saw the amount of bird droppings and didn’t go out on that balcony at all. The toilet handle had to be jiggled several times to stop it from running water. The lights nor lamps didn’t work in the 2nd bedroom. It was a dark cave and my granddaughters were scared. There was no blender for frozen drinks. At 3:00am the HVAC system started buzzing as if a swarm of bees had invaded. The primary mattress dipped severely in the middle. It needed replacing years ago. Overall, I was very disappointed.

If you're reading this, we kindly ask that you read our response below so we can clarify a few points. We want to note that all but one of the issues mentioned in this review were never communicated to us during the guest's stay. What was noted above as "mouse droppings" are actually small rubber turf pieces used in the dresser drawer - no rodent activity has been reported or found. We had our pest control company inspect the condo, and they confirmed there is no evidence of rodents. We also want to note that our condo has monthly routine pest control service, so we go above and beyond to ensure there are no issues in this area. The lamps in the second bedroom are controlled by a wall switch, which was simply in the off position - an easy fix, had we known. We did receive your message about the HVAC and had a professional technician on site within an hour to address it. As for the mattress, our cleaning team has checked it and confirmed there is no sinking or sagging - this may come down to personal comfort preference. We also want to note that a blender is not a guaranteed amenity in our condo. We appreciate you flagging the condition of the balcony. We've hired a wildlife removal service in the past to address pigeon activity in that area - this is a common issue for oceanfront balconies and something we actively manage. We would have sent our cleaner right away had we known this was a concern during your stay. We would have addressed anything else shared with us just as quickly - especially something as serious as rodent droppings, which again, we can reassure guests is not the case here. That material is rubber turf, not droppings. It's disappointing to read a review like this, as it doesn't reflect the care and attention our condo receives. We hope guests will read past this review to the many great ones that reflect how well cared for this condo has been over the years. Everything was good except all you see and read about is how there is no smoking allowed which is fine but it sure doesn’t stop anyone from smoking marijuana. Everyday we opened the balcony doors you could get a contact buzz for sure. Down at the pool it was in the air all the time. Sure is different times now in Myrtle Beach. Unfortunately, we will not be back. We have been going there since I was a kid because I had a great uncle that retired from the military down there and all his kids are still there but now have their own restaurant in Pawleys Island so maybe we will head that way.

Absolutely BRILLIANT again. This is the 2nd year we stayed in this location with this host. My mom’s and son’s birthday are celebrated. Communication with host was great. If we needed something that was missing (coffee maker) the host got right on it. They went out of there way to make us comfortable! 20/10 would recommend. If you stay in the winter, the resort has an indoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor jacuzzi.
