This clean and bright 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with two pull out couches sleeps 8 (4 privately) and is right between 2 outdoor pools (one heated, one not), each with a hot tub and shared gas grills.

Rental includes 18 holes of discounted golf for up to 4 people daily - pay ONLY the discounted cart fees at Oyster Reef, Port Royal Robber’s Row, Port Royal Barony, Shipyard Golf Club, Palmetto Hall Robert Cupp, or Palmetto Hall Arthur Hills. Rental also includes 1-hour of tennis court time daily at the Van der Meer Racquet Club just steps from your front door! Or try your hand at pickleball!

When you're not out on the course or the courts, enjoy the 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, sauna, steam room, a short walk to a great stretch of quiet and flat beach, and miles of paved bike/walking paths that take you all around Shipyard and throughout the island.

The spacious condo has a generous living room with large TV and two couches so there's room for everyone. Wake up or wind down with a coffee or cocktails on the 2 balconies - one private screened in balcony off the master, and another off the main living area.

You're a short bike ride, walk, or drive from restaurants, bars, local breweries, shops, and grocery stores. Or use the fully-equipped kitchen and shared gas grills by the pools to eat-in at the large dining room table or at a poolside table. Kitchen includes full size stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more.

Unit also includes a washer and dryer, comes with towels and sheets, and includes toilet paper, tissues, basic toiletries, and a starter kit for kitchen and laundry.

This condo is a comfortable and well-appointed home base for your Hilton Head Island adventures, whether you're looking to play, relax, or a bit of both!

-- Rentals begin on Saturday or Sunday only, 6-day minimum rental
-- Apr 15th week is a first floor unit with its own spacious, private deck w/ dining table & chairs
-- Apr 22nd & 29th weeks are in 2nd floor unit with 2 private balconies and an elevator
-- While there's an elevator, there are 4-5 steps up into the building without elevator or ramp access
