Situated in the lower level of our 3 story home, it offers a private entrance with keyless access. A secure locked door at the top of a tall staircase creates a distinct separation & total privacy from the upper levels.
Your stay includes:
- Fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, filtered drinking water, full-sized appliances, & all the cooking essentials you might need.
- Primary bedroom, featuring a cozy queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a dedicated workspace, and ample storage.
- Second bedroom accommodates up to three guests with a twin bed and a twin bunk bed, both equipped with memory foam mattresses.
- Blackout shades and blackout curtains, sound machines and organic cotton sheets in both bedrooms.

Conveniently located just 3 minutes from Heber's Main Street with many restaurants and shopping, 15 minutes from Deer Creek State Park, Jordanelle State Park, Wasatch Mountain State Park, 20 minutes from Park City (Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, Canyons, Woodward), Sundance, Bridal Veil Falls, Mt. Timpanogos Park, 45 minutes from Salt Lake City and 1 hour from Brighton, Alta, Snowbird and so much more! Also just 4 minutes from Intermountain Health.
GETTING HERE & PARKING: - We are located in Heber City just 45 minutes from Salt Lake City airport and 20 minutes from Park City. Parking available for one car in driveway as well as free street parking.
- Please note: while we have taken many steps to add extra soundproofing to the basement, our family occupies the upstairs.
- Our driveway is a shared space with us.
- Must climb stairs.

- Having your own form of transportation is strongly encouraged, however there is a free bus system to take you to and from Park City/SLC - daily, peak-hour commute: two morning round trips and three afternoon/evening round trips.
