• Our villa is located in the gated community of Soliman Bay, 15 minutes north of Tulum. We've purposely put the map in the Tulum Hotel Zone in order for our home to come up in the searches to give guests visibility on the better quality & price point they could have by being a short drive outside of the main area. Our community has 24-7 security and our beaches are completely private.
• Your Private Villas Mexico concierge will meet & greet you at the property upon arrival as well as help plan everything for your stay. We’re with you each step of the way.
• Azumaya Beach House is an eco-friendly and self-sustainable home. Please, be aware with the use of air conditioning, please turn A/C off when not needed
• The living room has a projector and cable TV, perfect for family movie nights or that big game you don't want to miss
• All rooms are equipped with AC, ceiling fans and bedrooms have personal safes
• Pets are welcome pending approval
• There is a beautiful restaurant in the bay at the Jashita Hotel, only a few steps down the beach. Restaurants in Tulum Centro are 10 minutes drive down the highway from the home
• Explore the rich life of the bay with complimentary paddle boards, kayaks & snorkel equipment
• Full time chef service from 7h30AM to 7h30PM. Get ready to indulge. Cost of ingredients are billed to you at the end of your stay, budget about $30-40 USD per day per person, for all three meals.

Beautiful place

This place was incredible, the staff was very attentive. The chef was exquisite the pampered us 24 hours a day. They also have beach toys, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. we will return as soon as we can.

Paradise Found: It Was Extraordinary!

My stay at Azumaya Beach House was absolute perfection. Chef Gonzalo prepared some delicious dishes and surprised us daily with the most wonderful food. Having your own private stretch of beach far away from the crowds yet close enough to the action was the best feeling in the world and we cannot wait to return!

Private Villas is owned & operated by an extended family from Yucatan which includes a renowned architect, a talented artist more than one talented businessmen and a whole lot of foodies. After renting many properties for our family to vacation in, we always thought most beach homes and Airbnbs fell short in terms of accommodating our expectations of what true Mexican hospitality should be like. We wanted to create and manage homes where guests from all over the world can discover authentic Mexican dishes, the ones we all grew up eating, and stay in homes that were furnished & designed by Mexican craftsman. All of our homes come with chefs that prepare our favorite meals with recipes from all corners of the country and the globe.

We cannot wait to share our homes with you and we hope you will have an experience unlike any other. We're sure our passion for hospitality and all things Mexico will inspire you to love this corner of the world as much as we do.
