🚭Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
🎆 NO fireworks of any kind on and around the property at any time.
🔇 NO disturbing noises of any kind. This includes use of microphones and speakers for singing, speaking, and playing music throughout the day and especially after 10:00 pm and before 8:00 am.
🚗 NO street parking of any vehicles. All vehicles must be parked in the designated area within the property. No commercial vehicles allowed.
🚙 NO more than 6 vehicles allowed due to city ordinances.
🙉 NO disturbing the neighbors! NO EXCEPTIONS! This includes racing, revving, and spinning out cars/motorcycles on or around the property.
🐾 Pets are allowed with prior owner approval and a fee. Bringing a pet without the owner’s pre-approval may result in booking cancellation, with no refund and/or a $1,000 fine.
⚠️ If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report a violation of any of the above rules, you will be reported to your booking channel and required to leave the property immediately without refund.
📸 For your protection, like any hotel, we have 4 security cameras in the front yard and 2 security cameras in the backyard covering the outside premises.

🚶♂️ The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding.
⚠️ The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the Special Facilities areas.
All guests hereby agree to the conditions below and fully intend to use the Special Facilities and entire property at their own risk:
📝 TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that the guests have or may have in the future against the owner, host, directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”) in regards to guests' use of the Special Facilities.
🆘 TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other costs that guests may suffer or that their next of kin may suffer in connection with guests' use of the Releasees' Special Facilities and its surroundings, to any cause whatsoever, including negligence on the part of the releasees.
🛡️ TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property or personal injury to any third party, resulting from the use of the Special Facilities and its surroundings.
✅ That the Booking Guest verifies he/she is over the age of 18 and is responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the property and use instructions of the Special Facilities.
📜 That the house rules/waiver release and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon the guest, the guest heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on your behalf or on behalf of the guest estate.
