Roomy condo, clean. Comfortable beds. Owner amazing, and property manager who lives next door. I was was a little disappointed the club house was not in use. No restroom by pool, you have to return to your own residence. Pool area clean.

From the moment I walked into this Scottsdale townhome, I knew we had picked a winner. The place is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. With three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out—no awkward “who gets the couch?” debates here!Now, let’s talk location—because this spot couldn’t be better. A grocery store and coffee shop are literally right across the street (yes, coffee addicts, your morning fix is secured). Need some entertainment? You’re just a short drive from Scottsdale Fashion Square, Talking Stick Casino, and all the best restaurants in the area. Whether you’re here to shop, dine, or roll the dice, you won’t have to go far.The kitchen is fully stocked, so if you feel like showing off your culinary skills, go for it. But if your version of “cooking” is making coffee and heating up takeout, no judgment—you’re in the right place for great food options nearby. Also, major shoutout to the bikes, books, and games in the unit—little touches like these make the stay extra enjoyable.One heads-up: parking can be a little tight, but the unit comes with two designated spaces, and there’s extra parking on 83rd Street if needed. So, no need to stress about finding a spot after a night out. Bottom line? This place is a gem. Perfect for anyone who wants a stylish and super convenient stay in Scottsdale. Should you stay here? Together with my partner Rich, we welcome you to our incredible townhome near Old Town Scottsdale! We were both born and raised backed East, moved out here after the pandemic to bask in the beauty and sun AZ has to offer. We love to travel and the outdoors, especially hiking! We have to relocate back East for work as educators and open our home to you!

This home is located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the city, 85250. It is safe, quiet, 2 parking spaces, 5 minutes of Old Town and Fashion Square and minutes from beautiful Camelback Mountain!
