Enjoy the best of Sudbury in this beautifully renovated home nestled RIGHT by gorgeous walking trail access near Minnow Lake and centrally located providing quick access to what the city has to offer as well. This spot offers the best of both worlds.
Stylishly designed and furnished, this home is set with everything you need for a peaceful stay in great comfort and ease. The inside has all been done, and updates to the exterior (parging and replacing side door) are in the works!
The Space:
Guests have access to the whole house! There are 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and one half-bath. Two bedrooms have queen beds, and one bed is a double. The kitchen is fully equipped and essentials including towels, linens, soaps and shampoos are provided. The living has a smart tv with the option to stream your favourite platforms like Netflix, Disney Plus, or Prime Video.
The inside is all newly renovated, and the outside is receiving continuous improvements. Due to the geothermal affects of the rock where the house is built, the house stays relatively cool in the summer time without AC as long as the windows and doors are closed. There is also a ceiling fan in each bedroom.
