Our experience at this property was quite disappointing. While the staff was friendly and the location was excellent, the property fell short of expectations set by its online photos, which were highly misleading. The lobby was overwhelmed by a persistent, overpowering incense odor from a constant dispenser, creating an unpleasant first impression.We booked three rooms of the same type, yet each had a different shower setup: one lacked soap dispensers, another had no soap shelf, and the showerheads varied significantly, with two being larger and one noticeably small. The tile floors were uneven, and we strongly recommend wearing shower shoes for hygiene. During our five-day stay, I only experienced one hot shower; the rest were lukewarm at best. On one day, water was completely shut off from 9 AM to 2 PM for repairs, further disrupting our stay. The rooms felt outdated and were significantly smaller than depicted online. Additionally, one room had noticeable stains and marks on the mirror in several spots, contributing to an overall sense of neglect. We didn’t use the kitchenettes, so I cannot comment on whether the stoves functioned, but the appliances appeared very old and in poor condition.

Our family of 7 went to Honolulu...we wanted 3 separate rooms for 3 couples so that is why we made this choice...the location was excellent...shops, restaurants, the beach were all within walking distance..The first day had to move rooms as air conditioner not working...in new room we had to call maintenance for toilet not working...all the rooms needed to be remodeled...curtains torn...cabinets broken...the elevators weren't working two days so one elevator for everyone...had to get ice from front desk everyday

Misleading listing & unsanitary conditions

The listing gave the impression that our family would be staying together in one shared space, but we were placed in three separate hotel-style rooms — completely changing the experience we were expecting.One room had to be checked out early after my aunt was bitten in the face by a bug during the night. All three units were dirty: the stovetops hadn’t been cleaned, the floors were unkept, and the curtains were stained. One room had a cigarette-sized burn hole in the curtain, while another had multiple holes — including some the size of tennis balls and others smaller.Roaches and other bugs were present in all three units. We brought the issues to the staff’s attention, and while they did come to clean one of the rooms, the bugs came back shortly afterward. The overall condition of the property made it feel neglected and poorly maintained.I’ll be adding pictures to this review to show the condition of the units. Overall, this was a very disappointing and misleading experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

enjoyed our stay my room had a nice view and the snack packs were great. Cute pool and easy walk to the beach and everything else around !!! Friendly staff
