I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay. The couch is actually a full size memory foam mattress that does get opened up a bit differently from your standard pull out. It sounds like it may not have been fully extended or set up properly, which can affect the comfort and size. I wish that you had reached out during your stay and we would have been happy to walk you thru how to open it correctly or assist you right away to ensure everyone's comfort. That said, I really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'll make sure to provide clearer instructions for future guests to avoid any confusion.
