Amazing stay! SUPER EASY and GREAT communication. The property was amazing, with every detail covered. There isnt a negative thing i can say, except coulrd have used another day or two there! Highly recommend. We will be back!

Relaxing weekend getaway

My family (including an 8 year old) really enjoyed the property. Very clean cabin and such impressive construction. Bathroom is very spacious with 2 shower heads and a bathtub. Hot tub has an amazing view. Easy and fast communication with the owner. Looking forward to staying again!

Beautiful property

Loved the hot tub, beautiful cabin, location, and privacy. Appreciated that our dog was welcome to be with us. The refrigerator and microwave could use a more thorough cleaning, but everything else was perfect!

So peaceful yet so close to everything!

The Oakwood is a gem nestled on a quiet hill just minutes from Bella Vista, Bentonville and Roger’s, AR! We make this our “home away from home” each time we come down to check on one of our Construction projects because this place is super quiet and relaxing.

Great little oasis

They did a wonderful job of turning this into an awesome stay. Hot tub was pristine. Location was ideal for everything in NW Arkansas. Will be staying again.

“The Oakstead” 
quiet and serene!

This place was the perfect getaway from the Winter blaws. Quiet and serene
but yet close enough to run into town for nice meal. The house was everything the add promised and more! We stayed here for 3 days while I was checking on a construction project I was running in Rogers, AR. This was the perfect location for both business and pleasure.The Owner Steve was super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return!ThanksSteve!

January escape to visit Bentonville

We had a lovely stay at this rental! The cabin was clean and comfortable. The hot tub is excellently maintained and a wonderful end to our long days of mountain biking. We also enjoyed the projector movie screen more than we expected. We were also very happy that our dog was a welcome guest. Overall we would recommend the property and we would be happy to stay there again in the future.

Beyond Expectations

I am a real estate agent and I see hundreds of homes every year. The cleanliness of this property was as pristine as could be. The charm of this home was unreal! It was incredibly comfortable and cozy! The photos look great online but don’t really do it justice. The host was responsive and was genuine! You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his palace! The Hot tub was the highlight. If you’ve been considering renting this one but maybe on the fence, just hop on down and do it! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Great overnight stay!

We stayed one night on our way to Hot Springs. The rustic country home was cozy with all the amenities. -wonderfully decorated & the craftsmanship is amazing- The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after our drive. We made breakfast in the morning and the kitchen had all we needed. Great experience.

Quiet and relaxing

Our stay was perfect! It is beautifully decorated inside and has a nice back patio with a grill and hot tub. The shower is a double one and very nice! It was a great place to stay! Jim’s razorback pizza had great food.

I was attending a bike race in Bentonville and found this peaceful, quaint, charming place to stay. The 20 minute drive was worth it.

Beautiful House

I was very impressed with the amount of work that went into this property as it was very well thought out and executed in remodeling/building this home. The property manager or owner went out of their way to make all accommodations that we asked for. My wife and I travel throughout the year, and this is by far one of my favorite places to stay.

Beautiful countryside getaway!

Quaint country cabin overlooking gorgeous, scenic pastures where the sunrise paints the sky each morning. Woke up every day to deer crossing the property. All the amenities you could want, every detail was thought of. Very close drive into Bentonville and despite my thinking I was getting away from the big city, I managed to get a celebrity sighting — Sofia Vergara happened to be at the Wal-Mart hq parking lot promoting a coffee collaboration with them as I drove by, no joke! Pet friendly, brought a cat and dog who both loved exploring the 2 levels. Also, a movie lovers, we enjoyed the projector screen in the upstairs bedroom.

Do yourself a favor, stay here!

From the moment that you walk in, you can tell that great care and pride is taken in making sure that it is clean and welcoming. It appeared to me that a lot of reclaimed wood and steel had gone into meticulously creating the interior and exterior of the cabin.

Oakstead Cabin

The quality and craftsmanship of this cabin are in no way justifiable by photos , from the beautiful hardwood floors to the rough cut lumber stairs leading up to the loft/theater room. The bathroom is sensibly built with a huge beautiful shower with double shower heads and antique tub. Big back deck with BBQ gril and super nice hot tub. Definitely will book again !!!

Second time staying here and it’s lovely!

Some friends and I came down to float and have a fun weekend. The location and cabin are great. You can hear a bit of road noise from the porch but it doesn’t distract from the beauty of the area or how great the cabin is. Would definitely recommend to others.
