LOCATION
The property is located in a gated community on the western side of Oahu (Cottages at Mauna Olu), with 24 hours security. The community has parks, and is close to the golf course.
There is plenty to do in this sunny town, all within 10 mins drive, including swimming, snorkeling, diving, hiking, and so much more. Depending on the seasons, You could catch sightings of whales, dolphins, and turtles in the ocean.
Waianae is 40 minutes from the airport (HNL), 45 minutes from the heart of Waikiki, and an hour from the North Shore. Itâs the perfect place to relax after a day of exploration.
QUIET TIME:
This is in a gated residential community, please be respectful of our neighbors; no parties, no events, or large gatherings.
HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.
PARKING:
No parking allowed on the street.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.
