House situated inside the village of Ansouis, classified in the "Plus beaux village de France", with restaurants, including a Michelin,
art galleries, a pastry shop, a small supermarket close to Aix-en-Provence.
Charming renovated 200 square meters attached house facing the south.
It has a small garden with an alcove for the barbecue and a dining table facing another garden. There is also a terrace on the first floor with a very nice view towards the fields and the mountains.
This atypical house has 3 levels. It includes an open and vaulted modern kitchen (recently renovated with all new and modern appliances) that opens to the living room which faces the garden, and to the living room which has a fireplace.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms: one with a Queen Size bed, with a large terrace, and the second one with 2 simple beds (or a Queen Size bed). There is a large, completely renovated bathroom.
On the second floor, there is a large (50m2) living room with 5.50 meters high ceiling and a large TV screen (55 inches), one bedroom with a double bed, and one bathroom. Totally renovated this year.
There is no garage for parking at the house, but there are parking spaces near the house and large parking near the house.
