Linden House ligger inbäddat i skogen bakom Warren Dunes State Park. Den har 3 sovrum på övervåningen. Det nyrenoverade sovrummet / badet har en king size-säng, full futon, takfönster, soldäck, minikyl, i en vacker skogsmiljö. Andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng, skrivbord, stort garderob. Det tredje sovrummet har en fullstor säng m / skrivbord, garderob, vacker utsikt. Drottningen och hela sovrummen delar 2: a badrummet på andra våningen. Första våningen har bekväma vardagsrum med vedspis, tresäsongs veranda med futon (kan fungera som ett 4: e sovrum) med underhållningscenter. Fullt utrustat kök har matplats för åtta. Halva badet på första våningen. Skärmen verandan utanför köket har också matplats för 8 eller mer. Det är det mest populära rummet i huset! Stor trädgård har eldstad och gunga för barnen.

Aktiviteter :: Simning vid Warren Dunes eller andra fantastiska stränder i området. Vandra på sanddynerna, Grand Mere State Park, många andra arenor. Längdskidor ut genom dörren till parken. Kapten Mike's fun park ligger bara några minuter från stugan. Fyra fantastiska vingårdar ligger inom 10 miles (Little Sonoma Valley). Fan-tas-tic-cykling på småvägda landsvägar. Bra restauranger, antikaffärer, outletcenter, kasinon och Heston Steam Museum ... listan fortsätter.

Område :: Sawyer ligger mellan New Buffalo och St. Joe och nära till andra stora städer, men bara 90 minuter från Chicago. Nära Saugatauk och Holland. Du kan göra en enkel dagsutflykt till Notre Dame för fotboll och tillbaka. Massor av alternativ.

A pleasant experience

Linden House was very welcoming. Well stocked so we didn’t have to buy many groceries. Location was great. Hosts were very responsive to our needs.

A gem!

The house was perfect for us! 5 adults, 6 week old baby and our dog. Well equipped kitchen for cooking, great spaces so we could spread out - porch, deck, sunroom and yard. We could walk to Lake Michigan as well as a wine bar. We are already talking about going again! Thanks to the team who were so responsive- Donna Sue and her husband.

Summer Getaway

Great accommodations for a family. Near beaches, attractions, children's museums and trains. This home was very comfortable for a family adventure. We especially liked the screened-in porch for dinners and just to relax. Our pet cat also enjoyed the porch to watch the deer, chipmunks, and birds. It was a great trip.

Friends Retreat

Super comfortable home, in the woods with gorgeous trees & easy location to beach & town! Wonderful communication with check in process & availability for questions . Enjoyed the back porch for late night meals & card games !!

Close to dunes and beach

Lots of family space, great well stocked kitchen. Short walk to nice fruit market. All the beach toys, chairs and towels we needed. Plenty of shade, house stays cool. Convenient walk to dunes, 5 miles to a great beach. Our third year at this house, we’ll be back!

True Michigan get-away

What a wonderful property and location this was. Easy walk to Warren Dunes. Found good pickleball play nearby. Home had everything, even for the 3 weeks we were there we didn't have to buy any paper products. AC worked fine when we needed it. Hosts very communicative whenever I had questions. Would absolutely go back there again.

Nice house, great neighorhood, misleading ad.

Ad says 4 bedrooms "sleeps 10" which is not true. It has 3 bedrooms and a den with pullout couch - for which there were no sheets, pillows or blankets. The blankets eventually found smelled bad. After leaving, we were accused of moving furniture around and leaving food "everywhere." This is simply not true. We totally emptied both refrigerators and left only that food already in the cabinet when we arrived. New appliances were great but no soap was provided for dishwasher. Guests should be told to bring their own. Finally, we were accused of staining the living room and hallway rug. We should have taken pictures upon our arrival to show that the stains were already there. Unfortunately, it was a "he said, she said" situation so i just paid the extra cleaning fee and consider it a lesson learned. One final thought - the accusations came after the host said she personally inspected the house on Sunday following our departure on FRIDAY! Thats 48 hours after we left. As they say in the legal profession, there was no chain of evidence linking my family to the "mess" we allegedly left. This is all moot. We will not be returning to the Linden House.

Great Family Get Away House

The house was just right for our Family Get-Away Weekend. Enough rooms for each family to have their own room. The walk to the beach each morning was perfect for the group to take the dog for a good walk. Spent time at breweries and wineries in the area. Also, spent some good family-time in the screened in porch.

Family bonding

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Walking distance to warren dunes park was nice. Also visited some local breweries and got some much needed beach time. Maggie was awesome to work with and we look forward to a return trip!

Perfect location, lots of room and pass to local beach a huge bonus.

Beautiful quiet location. Master bedroom is amazing. Screened in porch was perfect and big. A huge plus. I will definitely be back. The pass to Waco Beach was a great bonus. A beautiful beach that is so easy to get in and out of and very peaceful.

Our Familys Favorite!

Favorite house in our favorite area. Its our 5th time at Linden House and wont be our last. Great porch, efficient kitchen, comfortable beds, and walking distance to beach. Well be back!

Great location, lots of space, very comfortable house. Kitchen and bathrooms were exceptionally well stocked. Had everything thing we needed for a fun family vacation. Can’t wait to go back!

Family Time

We had a great week at the Linden House. The house had everything we needed, a nice yard for my grandsons to playin and a fire pit for evening conversations. The location is great. A short car ride to the Warren Dunes and the downtown shopping area.

There was plenty a room for six adults and a dog. Large yard, quiet neighborhood and a lovely home!

We love Michigan, and having the opportunity to bring our parents along to enjoy the sun and relaxing atmosphere! It was a wonderful home and a terrific week at the beach!

Truly perfect house for a beach getaway

We spent two weeks at the Linden cottage--and truly enjoyed the house and the area. It was more of a "working from another location" than a true vacation, but we all took advantage of the house's amenities and proximity to Warren Dunes. It was a lovely walk to the beach and great biking. The screened porch was our favorite part of the house. Lots of room for us to spread out, well-stocked kitchen, and the owner was fantastic to work with.

Memories!

Loved being able to come back here and stay at Maggie's Linden House. This was my family's 5th visit here. You cannot beat the location, and the beds are even better then I remember from the last time. Thank you for allowing us to stay at Linden House!

Kind of like a home!

Our second year staying here. It feels like coming home. It's comfortable and spacious. The grandkids LOVE the tire swing and we would have been out there all day if it was up to them! It is somewhere clean and well-appointed, not somewhere you can unwind. Many games of Euchre and bottles of wine on the back deck! Thanks Tom and Maggie!

House is older than it appears in the photos

Maggie was wonderful to work with but my family and I were underwhelmed by the house. It is in need of much work and much of it is not just cosmetic. We will not be returning to the Linden House.
