Perfect for what we needed

We were in the area for a dance competition for the weekend. It was 3 minutes from the venue and shopping and restaurants were super close. The house was perfect for what we needed. Super clean and we loved the aesthetic. Thanks for letting us stay!

Lovely Lake Hunter View

My adult children and myself stayed at this lovely home for a week during spring break in March. Everything about this trip was outstanding. Four bedrooms with three bathrooms gave us all the room and privacy that we wanted. We loved that each room had a ductless mini split ac unit that allowed each of us to select a temperature that was comfortable.This location was central for us to visit with old friends and family. We enjoyed the peaceful patio overlooking the lake, and the large glassed in Florida room.We were close to everything. There was a open market every Saturday downtown with fresh fruits and vegetables, local honey and other craft items. There were many wonderful restaurants nearby with a variety of choices. I will definitely choose this home again...and I will recommend it to my friends and family.

Great place on the lake!

Great place for a group to stay, and very clean! It's a beautiful home, nice beds, and the front sun room is amazing. It's right across from the lake and we watched the bids all evening and in the morning with our coffee. The host was very responsive when we had some trouble the first night. Highly recommend and would stay here again if ever coming back to the area!

CHECK IN NEEDS TO BE BETWEEN OWNER/MNGR & RENTER WITHOUT DELAY

We arrive at 4pm to find 2 garbage cans heaping bags out of both. A car in grass. e went to the door to find the cleaning crew still cleaning from I believe were neglectful guests. The home was better than average but not great but probably really good in the vision of the crew as to where it started. There was damage to blinds, bathroom door. no metal frame (just a pc of glass) around the sliding glass patio door and no access code on the email noted as "KEYS". There was no instruction or binder stating how to access internet, no real tv access, very few bath towels, no hand towels, etc... The property manager really needs to be more detailed and organized when strangers as guests use their home. It was my 1st ever VRBO and on the fence if I will do it again. Communication must always be between decision makers and or individuals with the ability to respond and react.

Great stay

There were 5 of us all over 50. We came to town for the Florida State Bowling Tournament so we were only in town for the weekend. The house worked perfectly for us. The neighborhood was quiet and the view of the lake across the street was so calming. The house was well equipped. Really only needed your clothing and food. They even had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We would love to stay again, if we ever come back to this part of town.

Great Place to Stay

This property was amazing. It was very clean, had all the necessities, soaps, paper towels, dishes, etc. We had a wonderful time. It was perfect for our family. The kids and adults loved the game room. Thank you for helping us have a memorable experience!
