It was a great property in a 4th floor walk-up. There was a fairly loud cigar lounge that kept noise levels higher than we'd like, but it is also pretty normal for a city center. Completely walkable to a lot of great restaurants and the America's Center.

Great place. Close to everything downtown if that’s your jam. Went to the game, family museum, and many others. Close walk or quick uber. Residence was nice. Beds very comfy space is nice. Walk up the stairs isn’t bad till the elevator gets fixed. Other residence were nice.

Short stay in St Louis

Eveything was great, however i would have liked to have extra towels and wash clothes. There was just one each per person and we had to share a hand towel which would be fine but i like one for myself. There were also no kitchen towels or wash clothes either. But other then that it was nice. Thank you for letting us stay!

Good apartment

Rented for a family trip to hockey at the Enterprise Center, which was an easy walk from the property. Good apartment with plenty of paid parking, easy check in process, and excellent communication with manager. Would definitely get again if I had to go back to the area.

Great location, misleading description

Loved the location. Easy to walk to ballpark and arch. Parking was always open and available. However, the description is misleading saying that it sleeps 5. The 5th person is on the couch (that does not pull out into a bed). There were no sheets to use on the couch and even though we got them delivered the next day we didn’t have them the first night. Place overall needs a deep clean. Be prepared to bring coffee pods, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent if you want to use any of those. Lastly, it was on the 4th floor and there was no working elevator. Know you have to walk up all flights of stairs to access.

Great Location for Downtown Plans

Super clean, comfortable and spacious apartment with all of the amenities. The stadium and things to do downtown are all located within walking distance. Free parking is an extra bonus.
