Välkommen till Appalachian Songbird, en privatägd och förvaltad timmerstuga i Sevierville, Tennessee, vid foten av Tennessee's Smoky Mountains. Som ägare till denna charmiga & mysiga tvåhistoriska timmerstuga uppskattar vi de 11 till 13 miljoner besökare som delar i vår älskade Smoky Mountains-region. Vi vill göra vår del för att göra ditt besök här underbart och minnesvärt genom att ge dig bra boende!

Vi vet personligen vilken glädje det är att komma fram till sin semestermål för att upptäcka att våra bokade boende är attraktiva, bekväma, prisvärda, väl belägna och noggrant rena och välskötta. Vi tror att du hittar allt detta när du anländer till Appalachian Songbird! Vårt mål är att ha gäster som väljer att återvända till vår stuga varje år.

Appalachian Songbird har en gästsvit på bottenvåningen med king size-säng och angränsande badrum med badkar / duschkombo, och separat åtkomst till verandan på baksidan. Gästsviten på andra våningen nås med en unik slingrappa. Den har också en king size-säng och angränsande badrum med bubbelbadkar. Båda sovrummen är utrustade med direkt-TV med satellit och DVD-utrustade TV-apparater.

Appalachian Songbird ligger i Echota, en timmerstuga med inresa från Winfield Dunn Parkway (a. K.a. Smoky Mountains Parkway och State Highway 66), den främsta genomfartsvägen för besökare som anländer via Interstate 40. Echota ligger ungefär 1/4-mil och på motsatt sida av Parkway från det imponerande Sevierville Events Center. Det är också cirka två mil norr om Seviervilles centrala affärsdistrikt och tre mil från Pigeon Forge.

Our 1st Xmas Vacay

It was amazing!!! The view is awesome!!! Cabin cozy and close to stores and Downtown Gatlinburg!!! The only thing was the trash bins wasn't dumped prior to visit! A bag was in each bin. However, will be back soon.

Great place!

Very clean small cabin. Small but lots of space for 2-4 people. The location was perfect for us; near the convention center, but not far from restaurants and stores. Very nice hosts!

Great Cabin

Wonderful cabin retreat in a great location. Close to everything you want and need but still tucked away in a beautiful area. Cabin was extremely clean and maintained with everything you need and more. I would highly recommend this property.

Appalachan Songbird Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Appalachan Singbird. Lovely little 2bedroom 2bath Cabin with lots of screened outside room with rocking chairs and picnic table. Cozy and comfy. Close to everything but still out of the way. Loved it and plan on returning soon.

Perfect little cabin for our New Years get away!!

Cabin was very nice and clean. Very easy to get to and from everything Sevierville and Pigeon Forge has to offer. Located Right off 66 (Winfield Dunn Pkwy) and does not have that I’m hanging off the side of a mountain vibe. Highly recommend the cabin.

Great Place to Rent...

My family stayed over July 4th Holiday and had a great time. Very nice and clean property. This is the first vacation we had in 2 years and we loved it. We took our mini dachsund and she felt right at home. There is no worries here and hope to stay again sometime in the future.

Loved the Location convenience but still isolated. Kathy was THE BEST HOST! She was so hopeful and was always a phone call or text away when we needed her. Cabin was clean & had all the amenities. Definitely recommend! Price was very reasonable, would rent again.

Quick Sevierville Trip

We had a last minute family get together in the area and I needed a home that was wheelchair accessible. This unit proved ideal for us. They have everything needed for meal preparation and a great porch. Be aware that the upstairs room can be a little warmer than the rest of the house, but they provide fans to help.

Better than expected !! Home away from home that you don't want to leave !!

I really can't say enough about how great this cabin was. The owner went far and away to assist us in everything needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Even though this cabin is located on the northern side of Sevierville, it is nestled in a private neighborhood of cabins away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and noise. If you're looking for a very nice, affordable, and easy to get to place to relax and get away, then Appalachian Songbird is the place for you. I have stayed at many places during my many travels and I would like to say that my stay at your cabin ranks at the top. I knew when I opened the cabinet and saw that you had included coffee in to the list of condiments supplied I knew that you wanted to make sure the guest felt at home. Cozy cabin

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin, it was convenient to "the strip" without the chaos. The cabin was clean, the beds were comfortable and the back screened in porch was peaceful. To say the owner was easy to work with is an understatement. We would have given this 5 stars because there is absolutely nothing wrong with the accommodations however, we had requested a cabin with NO PETS only to find out after we booked this cabin that pets are considered on an individual basis. Unfortunately for our family that means allergies.

We LOVED this cabin

My family of 4 had an excellent stay at Appalacian Songbird in Sevierville, TN. The owners had prompt communication when I initially inquired about the cabin rental and made themselves available through email, phone, and text about our arrival arrangements. The beds were extremely comfortable, the shower was hot with great water pressure. The cabin was very clean and well-maintained. We absolutely loved the screened-in deck and attached gazebo with the picnic table. We felt like we were high in the trees but safe from wildlife. My 3-year-old loved the spiral staircase. Honestly, we could not tell which of the 2 bedrooms was the master - they were both so comfortable. One had a window seat and jetted tub, the other had full-laundry access. The neighborhood Echota was quiet but left you feeling like you weren't completely alone. Parking was easy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and were able to grill on the back porch. Short drive to lots of great sights and shopping! Thanks! I've already recommended your cabin to friends and family. :)

Cozy charmer, easy to get to, perfect for what we needed.

Hubby and I stayed here for an unexpected family reunion. Loved the fact family members from Knoxville, Dandridge and Jeff City could visit us without having to tackle Pidgeon Forge, and hubby, who is afraid of heights, loved the fact there were no super steep roads to drive up. (This is the mountains though, so there is a slight incline.) Very close to main highway, yet far enough off there to be in the woods. Not secluded - it is in a neighborhood of similar cabins. My brother and his wife, both master woodworkers, were fascinated by the quality of workmanship in this little charmer, especially that spiral staircase! Good memories of cozy evenings and mornings in front of the fireplace, and immaculate cleanliness. Only negative is Internet is slow. I mention because sometimes I take "working vacations" where I go to a quiet place to work on a project and being connected is important. This was not one of those, so no problem for me, but be aware if great connectivity is important to you. Katherine and David were very accomodating and wonderful to work with too.

We enjoyed visiting the Smokies during my husband’s career in the United States Navy. After his retirement we believed the area was a perfect halfway point of distance between our extended families. Upon settling here we decided to extend ourselves into the realm of cabin ownership. We wanted opportunity to share our love of the area and hospitality with others. We both enjoy photography & the Smokies fits the bill for such!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

There is a front porch as well as a back covered deck. The enlarged deck has old fashioned rocking chairs. There is an unusual extension of deck in the shape of a gazebo with a picnic table. To me the most memorable feature of Appalachian Songbird is the body of a tree in raw form used as part of the staircase! I wish I knew of this tree's history.
