Step out onto the lanai through the huge hideaway slider and soak up the Florida sun while the kiddos splash in the family sized pool. Go beyond the lanai and youâll find a dock perfect for catching some of our native fish or the beautiful Southwest Florida sunset.
Take advantage of the boat lift and create an unforgettable vacation by renting one of our boats â no boating license needed! All of our boats are at least 250hp and come with GPS systems, depth and fish finding instruments, a cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio.

Layout: This wide open, split layout offers a great room with comfy seating, large marble island and dining table that seats 6. The master bedroom offers a plush king sized bed, soft linens, walk-in closet and a full ensuite bathroom. The guest suites are nestled into their own little section, right off of the dining area and have comfy queen sized beds and soft linens with a full bathroom tucked between them. Right off the kitchen youâll find the laundry room and garage.
Outdoor living: Refreshing family sized pool, covered lanai and pool deck, lounge chairs, dining table for six, outdoor smart tv, propane grill, dock with boat lift and relaxing waterfront views.
Kitchen: French door refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig, coffee pot, cooking basics, dish ware & flatware
Indoor living: Overstuffed leather couch, smart tvâs in every room, dining table for 6, breakfast nook, gorgeous marble island with seating, tons of incredible sunlight
