The most adorable house!!! So comfortable and spacious. The outdoor area was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the outdoors. The decor was so cozy and welcoming too. Perfect for River Ranch Getaway

This was the second time we stayed at this spot. Plenty of room for our family both inside and outside. Very clean and comfortable. Just around the corner from River Ranch for family fun and rodeo. Randall is an excellent host - very responsive, from booking to checkout. We will be staying here again!

We did a girls weekend celebrating my daughter’s 30th birthday. We went to the rodeo. The house was well equipped. Looked exactly like the pictures. Very homey and comfortable. Randall was very quick to respond when we booked and prior to our visit when I had any questions. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for our stay.

Little Sanctuary

The house is great. It offers a split floorplan with a screened lanai and a huge backyard that backs up to acres of open land. There is a golf cart available for rent (in addition) that seats 8. The cart has the rain flaps on it which came in very handy during our stay. The host was very responsive and pleasant. This is a fantastic option to have close and easy access to River Ranch while having the space and conveniences of a home. We absolutely will return for another stay.

Awesome weekend getaway

We had a wonderful weekend getaway. The owner was very responsive with my questions. The home was comfortable with a big open kitchen , living, and dining area. The kitchen had all the right types of pots, dishes, utensils for our group. We enjoyed the backyard - beautiful and relaxing. Bedrooms were spacious with comfy mattresses, plenty of pillows and blankets. Our kids loved the bunk room. The two bathrooms were a bit out dated but nothing too bad. They were fully functional. We will definitely return to this house for our next trip to River Ranch.

Country Beauty as its best!

The property is beautiful, we enjoyed spending the cool mornings outside, sipping on coffee and watching the kids play at the swings! So beautiful and peaceful, just like the pictures! The kids also enjoyed playing basketball, running around and riding their bikes. We spent most of the afternoon inside the Resort taking a vantage of all the activities available. At night, nothing better than relaxing by the fire! The house is spacious, filled with games and kitchen is fully equipped. The host is extremely friendly and welcoming! The has made himself available throughout our stay and made this trip very easy and a pleasant experience.

Perfect for a family!

We visited River Ranch for Easter weekend with our 2 kids and the grandparents! Perfect set up with 2 kings and a bunk room. The house was very clean and cozy! Having a full kitchen was great, versus staying in the resort with a kitchenette. We booked too late for a house within the resort, but I wouldn’t book elsewhere after this trip! The house was private, had a basketball net, swings, a zip line, and a gorgeous view. The host was very attentive, with helpful online videos for everything
.Sonos, fire pit, hot tub! They also have an 8 person golf cart available to rent which made the trip to River Ranch super fun! It’s only a 4 minute golf cart ride to all the activities. Highly recommend and will be back!
