Cozy cottage located on a sandy shore of Lake Nippissing. Enjoy a coffee on the front deck as the sun rises, lazy afternoons on the sandy beach as waves lap against the shore, and evenings kayaking as the sun sets on the horizon. Front deck with Muskoka chairs and firetable overlooks the beach, large grassy back yard suitable for kids and pets to play in. Back patio with chairs and BBQ. In the winter,go snowmobiling, ice fishing, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing steps from the cottage door.

Nothing less than perfection

This is our third time staying here and it won’t be our last! Every time we go here, we never want to leave. It’s so relaxing and fun to stay at this cottage. The sandy beach and the shallow, warm water make it perfect for families to enjoy their time by the water.

Nice stay

It was a nice quiet stay. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate, the manager was thoughtful to make sure we knew how to work the furnace.

Celebration

This is our third time staying at this lovely and clean cottage. It is cozy with scenic views being its right on the lake. The owners are kind, approachable, very reasonable, communicative and flexible. We plan to stay here annually for years to come :-)

Very Nice and comfortable..

Great location, when we were at the cottage we didn’t feel like we were close to amenities. Grocery stores just up the road making it convenient. The beach front felt as though we were somewhere tropical, the sand was soft, the water was warm and fairly clean for a lake. I went in the water, normally I do not. Cottage was clean and had everything thing you could possibly need. I definitely over packed,, beds were so comfortable, we had good sleeps. I’ll definitely be booking again..

Better than you think

Fantastic home. Well equipped kitchen. Great location to shopping, etc. But the best is the easy peasy access to Lake Nipissing. Full size fridge stocked with basics in case you forgot it!looking forward to next year! Thank you!

Relaxing sisters weekend

I met up with my sister for the weekend at this cozy quaint cottage. The cottage was very very clean. Everything we needed was there all we had to bring was our suitcase, food and toiletries. Beautiful view of the lake with a sandy area to sit or catch some rays. Beds and sheets were sooooo comfortable!!! Communication with host went smoothly with no hiccups. I would definitely stay again.

A great little oasis

What a fabulous beachfront retreat. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Wading out on the sandbar was a great way to beat the heat. Just might need to do that over again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage. The home was very pretty and the view was gorgeous. Wish we had better weather to truly enjoy the beach and deck. Would definitely rent again!

Little Gem On Lake Nippising

We had Thanksgiving at the cottage. It was the perfect little hideaway! The cottage was stylishly decorated, the kitchen had all the amenities, and the flatscreen t.v. was great for watching sports.
