Spacious upstairs 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment with 1,000 sq ft. We are conveniently located at the southwest end of Mt Pleasant (minutes from US 127). We are a quick ride to CMU's campus, downtown, shopping, golfing, bowling, dining and the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort.
The upstairs 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with central air-conditioning comes with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, smart TV, 2 spacious full-size bathrooms, and a washer & dryer. There is plenty of living and dining room space to relax and spend time with your loved ones.
Our little hometown has lots to offer during the day or in the evening!
We are located right across the street from the intramural ballfields (located on the west edge of CMU's campus). You can walk or take a zippy drive to any of CMU's athletic complexes. We are so close that you can hear the cannon go off when CMU football scores or you are walking distance away for tailgating! Dorm move outs/move ins are right around the corner!
We are conveniently located close to many of the uptown restaurants! The Cabin is a great place for pizza and drinks and is within walking distance! Our downtown Mt. Pleasant area is filled with lots of wonderful restaurants and is just across CMU's walkable and safe campus!
Less than a mile away you will find some of Mt. Pleasant's best kept secrets: The Golf Center, Riverwood Resort, and Jump Station. Lots of fun to be had very close by!
Take a stroll through our historic downtown to visit our county parks with several trails to walk or ride your bike, a splash park to take the kids, fishing, tubing or kayaking down the Chippewa River.
