I stayed here with my mom and my niece. Everything was perfect. It was super clean when we arrived. Clear instructions for trash and rules of the complex. Well stocked and was a great size for 3 people. Eugene was very responsive and I will definitely be back!

This apartment was perfect for our small group's needs for a long weekend in Ptown. It was larger than we had expected, and the kitchen was well-stocked for us to make several meals at home. The location was also perfect for us, as we were able to either walk about 30 mins or bike about 10 mins to the central area of town but didn't feel too crowded.The host was very communicative and made himself available for any questions we may have had ahead of or during our stay. Would definitely recommend this listing to friends heading to Ptown!

Provincetown trip

This condo was perfectly suited to our needs. It was roomy, quiet, very clean, with updated kitchen and bathroom. The assigned parking was great, too. All of the descriptions were accurate, and Eugene was great to work with.

Location, location, location!

Had a great time in Ptown for Women’s Week and Wellfleet for the Oysterfest! The location of this Condo could not have been more perfect, especially for morning walks along the beach! The owner is very helpful and responsive. Thank you again for sharing your place with us!

Just what we needed.

Well kept up, air conditioning very welcome during heat spell. Broad beach a few steps away and reserved parking greatly appreciated! Kitchen and bedrooms very clean and functional. Could have used a small desk for writing since I was attending FAWC. And, it was quiet!

Perfect getaway in Provincetown

Eugene's location in Provincetown is wonderful. The unit is well stocked with the necessities and is larger than the photos give it credit for. It's a very quiet area of Provincetown, which suited my family perfectly. Across the street is a beach that is private access for the village we stayed it. Low tide was perfect, as we were able to gather shells and go swimming. Across the street, is a public pool with bar and grill with a splashpad. Once again, perfect for the family to enjoy their time. Bike rentals are available across the street and the public transportation pick up is within minutes of the location. Very easy to get into town or a very short drive. If you are a seafood lover, this is the place. So many amazing restaurants to enjoy lunch and dinner. We cannot wait to plan another visit to Provincetown. Thanks Eugene for letting us stay at your home, it truly helped make it a great vacation for us.

Outer cape escape

Overall the property was clean and well maintained. It was good location and about a 25min walk to ptown. The area has alot to offer and we enjoyed are stay. Eugene was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The only thing that was a concern is this is a multi unit condo with very thin walls so noise was a concern at times but Eugene was very helpful getting a loud neighbor/renter to quiet down a little bit. Mainly just a younger kid running up and down hallway early in the mornings. Other than that everything was great and was perfect size for family of 4!

Lovely Provincetown Get-Away

This lovely condo is located just far enough away from the main part of town to be quiet and relaxing, but close enough to walk to, if you'd like. It's right next to a wooded area, so it felt very private. A quick walk across the street, and you're on a beach that is prefect for your morning beach walk, with an excellent view of town and lighthouses. It's a great home base for exploring this part of the Cape. Eugene was an excellent host, who seems to truly care about your experience, and obviously takes pride in his vacation home. It was wonderful not to worry about packing our own towels and linens. This was also the first host that provided basics to get you started in comfort. He left toilet paper to get us started, hand soap, even dish detergent and a sponge We were pleasantly surprised to see that the tv is now mounted on the wall, which was much safer for our granddaughter. If that's a concern for you when checking out this rental, no worries. If you are traveling with small children, make a note that the people downstairs will clearly hear their loud little steps. It's not easy to keep a year old using walking feet, even though we tried very hard. Luckily, we weren't home much during the day. We had a wonderful week here, and would definitely return. Idyllic stay

My mom and I have been going to the Cape for the last 10+ years and this is the only place that we’ve stayed at twice. The location is perfect, right on the edge of Provincetown with beach access across the street, but still walkable to town. The apt is super quiet and secluded feeling with woods abutting the property. We loved sitting out on the deck in the morning soaking up the sun and listening to the birds. Eugene is a pleasure to deal with and was so accommodating the first year we stayed, when there was a hurricane blowing through the day we were to leave. The thoughtful touches like extra blankets in the closet, beach chairs, etc were appreciated. The whisper quiet ac was a plus too! His home really does feel like a home away from home. We hope to return again.

Wonderful place to stay in Ptown

The rental process and communication with the owner was super. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The condo is large, clean and the rooms are spacious. Air conditioning in all rooms was fantastic. Large balcony. Parking is on site. You can carry your morning coffee across the street to the beach and watch the tide roll in. A very short bike ride to the center of town. We’d stay here again anytime.

A Perfect Retreat in Provincetown

I am so so happy that I found this rental! It is clean, comfortable and perfectly located across from the water. Eugene the owner could not have been kinder or more helpful. He was always available immediately just a text away. I’ll never stay right in The bustle of town again now I’ve found this place by the water. There’s even a bathtub, Washing machines, a decent kitchen for cooking, and a great location for bicyclists like me. I’ll be back! Thank you Eugene.

A real find!

The photos and description of this condo really don't do justice to how great it is. It's a little out of town, but still accessible - and in the current COVID times this is perfect if you don't want to be right in the crowds. It's across from the beach, and in very easy road access of the beaches on the national shoreline. The property is spotless, spacious and has absolutely everything you could need. Eugene is also super-helpful and responsive. We will definitely go back!

Great 2 BR on beach

Roomy air-conditioned 2 BR with full redone bath and updated kitchen, nicely furnished on the water -- steps away. Clean, well-equipped (120 Mbps internet, no joke) with responsive owner/mgr. On property coin laundry with commercial grade equipment. Reasonably priced and neighbors generally chill and friendly. Good location on Bay beaches and easy walk into town. Excellent location for cycling. Good, hassle free parking with dedicated spot. We found it good value for money and would happily return.
