This condo was in a great location...It was very clean & comfortable...It was just my husband & I and it was perfect for the two of us...We hope to be back in the future!

Great location

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach as well as barefoot landing.The condo was clean and comfortable.We will definitely be back!

I called and texted with multiple people to confirm I would arrive at midnight and someone would be available to check me in. I arrived at midnight...the gate keeper could not check me in, no one was in the office, and the customer service number could not check me in. So at 1 AM, I went and found a hotel with a front desk attendant to check me in. I contacted Vacas the next day, recounted the events and sent pictures of the communication, and requested a refund. I was told NO. Vacas had the stupidity to text me later and suggest I stay with them in the future. Terrible!

Awful experience

Absolutely nothing about this place was worth the price we paid for 2 nights. We are currently trying to get a refund but we have not got a call back from the property manager of this place NOR Vacasa customer service person we spoke with yesterday. First off, our check in packet wasn't in the locker box like it was suppose to be in upon arrival at the Vacasa place in Longs SC. When the property manager got in touch with us to let us know that we can just get our parking passes from ocean creek resort she told us to call her back if we had any issues and she would help us (that was a lie) When we finally arrived to our room our comforter for our bedding was right outside the door sitting on the ground. When we walked in the room the room had a musty smell...I mean it was STRONG!!! The floors were not clean what so ever. The patio door was OPENED and when we went to sit on the couch it was WET!!!!! Awful experience. My husband and I were in that room for no more than an hour and we checked out immediately and got us a new room because this room we booked with was simply not livable in. I texted the property manager to let her know all of these things and no response from her what so ever. We tried to call her again yesterday and no answer. We spoke with a Vacasa Customer service person yesterday and she told us we would be getting a phone call back and we have yet to receive that phone call. You best believe we will keep calling!!!!
