Condo is completely updated with new furnishings, coastal chic decor and an updated kitchen. Guests will enjoy Perdido Sunâs incredible amenities including two boardwalks over the dunes to 200+ feet of white sandy beachfront, beach service, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, exercise room, beachfront grill area, WiFi and cable TV, and a lobby staffed during working hours.
The living area has features two comfortable sofas (including a queen sleeper with new gel foam mattress), dining table for six, comfy bunk alcove with two twin beds and a flat screen smart TV and DVD player. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals! When you are ready for a good night's rest, the master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Washers and dryers are available by the 1st floor lobby for guest use.
