While away balmy evenings with barbecues on the deck at this rustic retreat with wooden beams, exposed stone walls, and elegant sash windows. Decompress with leisurely morning chats on the porch swing, then whip up a snack in the chic gray kitchen.

This home has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in each bedroom plus a common area with a daybed and mattress underneath.

Note: there are no bathtubs, just showers.

Guests have access to the whole house on acres of farmland. There is a large deck with a grill and front porch with a swing. There is a swing in the backyard for the children.

Amazing stay

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The location was great, the house was extremely clean. There were notes everywhere that answered any question we have. The fridge even had a dozen fresh eggs from the owners farm. Five star stay and we plan to come back!

Relaxing & Cozy Stay

We needed a place to unwind and disconnect from our NY crazy life and this was the perfect place to do it. It was super clean, welcoming and cozy. Excellent location to enjoy snow activities, farm animals (loved the alpacas, chickens, and goats), and farmer markets. Totally recommended!! We’ll come back!

Beautiful Farmhouse!

Our family feel in love with this farmhouse! We were in town for Elizabethtown College's graduation and the location could not have been better. The farmhouse has been beautifully restored with the perfect balance of original structure and modern conveniences. The owners have thought of and provided all of the perfect details including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We also loved visiting the farm animals especially the llamas! We all agreed that we need to find another reason to book another stay at this lovely home!

Peaceful Week

We loved this property! The house was beautiful, tastefully decorated and comfortable. An added bonus was the yard, back deck and front porch. The countryside was so peaceful. That was very important to our family.

Simply Fantastic!!

If you are ever in this area, you MUST stay at this property. There are (2) different rentals, but we stayed in the Springhouse at Sunnyburn Farm. From the moment we pulled in, we knew we would have a fantastic weekend and we were right. We were in town with family for a wedding and decided to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel and boy did we make the right choice. The house is exactly as pictured (and honestly, even better in person). The house is super clean, inviting, comfortable and has every amenity you need. They seriously thought of it all. They had every towel you need (bathroom and kitchen). They had soaps (bathroom and kitchen). The kitchen was supplied with: Kcups, sugar, creamer for coffee. There were more spices than I have in my own home. Dishwasher detergent, pods and dryer sheets for the washer/dryer. Lighter and kindling for the fire pit. And so much more - seriously, never had a VRBO be this inviting and have EVERYTHING we needed. The farm was stunning. So much fun visiting the animals and really enjoyed the fresh eggs. We sat every morning on the deck and enjoyed watching the animals. We sat at the fire pit every night and enjoyed the evening stars. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are gorgeous and we just loved it all!! I don't know if I will ever be back in that area, but if I am - I am staying there again. We felt spoiled and we liked it!! Thanks for everything Cindi!!
