Our Cozy Studio is located in a quiet, tree filled neighborhood of Lake Forest Park, just minutes north of Seattle. It comes equipped with a Queen size bed, reading chair, dining and work tables, kitchenette w/ microwave, bathroom w/ shower, and free WiFi. There is also a private deck and parking right in front of the space,
The Studio sits on a park-like property that borders a preserved green space. Most amenities are just 2 mins away by car, 15 by foot, as well as access to Seattle and the region. Your hosts are full of local information and ready to share it.

Wonderful cozy spot in the woods. Very quiet but not overly isolated which was a great mix. Cute studio with everything you could need! Aaron was great to work with and we would be happy to stay here again.

Overall good experience. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery store. Found a lot of loose hair in the bed sheet and lots of spiders throughout the room. Many webs in the back storage area.

Perfect cozy spot!

Aaron’s place was perfect for my husband and me. The perfect size for the two of us, and it was adorable. We loved the neighborhood as well. Aaron was great to communicate with. We would absolutely come back!

Hidden Gem

Nice and quiet. I came over for the Marysville Strawberry Festival to show my art. I did not get to spend much time other than sleeping in the room, but it was a nice place. The price was decent for what you got. I would definitely stay again.

Room for One

Room only suited for one person. Easy check in and the host was very nice! No TV made me feel completely cut off with no way to watch the local news. But, the small patio gave me a safe place to relax in the evenings. Very close to Bothell and Kenmore.

Studio perfecto

My stay at here was exactly what I was looking for. Quiet on a lovely tree lined property. The space was comparable to a hotel room for a fraction of the price. Bed was super comfy and there plenty of hot water for the shower. No kitchen for cooking but the fridge and microwave were all I needed. Coffee supplies are there too but starbucks and a juice/smoothie place were just a couple minutes away. Burke Gilman trail is also right there....any questions I had, Aaron responded right away. This place will be my #1 choice any time I'm visiting my parents.
