Spacious and meticulously maintained Luxury Townhome. A terrific retreat during all 4 seasons â a true escape in the summer and a delightful modern ski-lodge in the winter. Situated amongst beautiful, tall ponderosa pines and aspen trees, on a quiet cul-de-sac.
The home features a modern, open concept kitchen, living room and dining room sporting granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Main living areas are all light and bright with 10-foot ceilings and plank ceramic tile. This townhome has 2 levels with a spacious master suite on the main level, as well as 3 large bedrooms on the second floor. Master bedroom features dual sinks, soaker tub and a walk-in shower.
Stay cool in the summers with the central AC and cozy up with a living room fireplace, as well as central heating, during the cooler months.
Centrally located in Flagstaffâs most quiet, private and forested townhome community. Home is just a few doors down from the National Forest and excellent walking and hiking/biking trails, as well as just 5- min to downtown, NAU, Whole Foods and numerous stores and unique restaurants.
Additional features include a fully fenced in, professionally landscaped back yard. Outside you'll enjoy relaxing on the paver patio with a gas fire pit in the tall ponderosa pines. Enjoy nights by the fire pit, roasting marshmallows under the stars.
