The ocean will weave its magic during your vacation here at the Sea Witch Cottage. This four-bedroom (2Q, 4F, 1T) and two-bath property sleeps 13 guests.
Enjoy ocean, marsh, and Intracoastal waterway views from the two covered porches and an oceanside sundeck with a private walkway to the beach in this spacious one-level floor plan. Amenities of this Hobbs Smart Home include keyless entry and Wi-Fi, cable smart TV, and Blu-Ray player in the living area, cable TVs in each bedroom, and an additional table area for dining or remote working. Games, puzzles, a book exchange, and a small DVD library are also available for your family's enjoyment.
Outdoor features include porch rockers, Adirondack seating, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a picnic table for outdoor dining, beach furniture/toys, and a BBQ/smoker charcoal grill. The property is conveniently located near the Holden Beach General Store, ice cream shop, and Holden Beach Fishing Pier.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
