Host was very accommodating with our last minute changes and communicated throughout our stay. The home is beautiful and just steps away from the beach!

We had a great stay. We enjoyed our 22 year old daughter and her friends for a quiet Florida week before they finish college and go 6 different ways! It was a great place for us to enjoy them!

Beautiful home and decent location. It was nice to have several levels to allow all of us some space. Some basic necessities were lacking such as dish soap and laundry soap. As a guest, I feel these should be provided. There were pots and pans but quite old and used. They didn’t really match the level of elegance of the house. There were beach chairs and 6 bikes which was awesome.

Thank you for letting us know: dish soup is in sink cabinet tray and laundry detergent pods are in vanity Cabo et in laundry room. We will replace pots and pans. We never heard comments about those probably because our guests do not cook usually, I think they eat out on their vacation. We appreciate you letting us know. Looking forward to hosting you soon again!

Family vacation

Beautiful home and spotless. My family and i had a wonderful time, beach right at the corner and alot of good restaurants. The only thing i would consider if thinking about this house is we were a group of senior citizens there are alot of stairs, check if the elevator works it was out of order for our stay.

Great Villa!

Modern, ultra clean, huge 4 level (counting rooftop) living space on the coast between Miami and Palm Beach, about 30 minutes and 1 hr drive, respectively. The interior design is luxurious and the ocean views from the rooftop are lovely. The wind during our stay prevented us from enjoying dinner up top but this was not a problem as great restaraunts abound near the villa. Awesome oceanside walking/biking path is a 1 minute walk down the street. We will be delighted to visit again!

This is a scam!!!!

This is a scam, is not true. Owner never responded my call to provide the access to the property. After spending almost an hour waiting outside the house for an owner’s response. Owner called that she couldn’t host us and that she didn’t have our booking and payment had posted 20 days in advance in my credit card. She even threatened us that she was calling the police on us. They ruined our long weekend vacation. Waited my time, 2 days of vacation in preparation, driving there and then finding a solution to where stay with my family after being in the street and no where to go. Please don’t fall in the trap.

Not a scam: was unaware of the booking, page was not working and Vivian, never contacted me until she showed up at the door. It was technical issue. However site seems working now. So very sorry!

Very nice and clean property. One thing we did not factor in was there are lots of stairs and the kitchen is on the third floor. Without the elevator it can be a lot for hard knees. However, the property was amazing and we loved it! Short walk down the street to the beach. We all had a great time!

Clean and nice, but didn’t feel like luxury. Very little extras were provided, like trash bags or even hand soap. Very cold and sterile feeling, not comfortable. AC was locked. Extremely noisy construction blocked the street (signs say it will finish January 2027). Beaches were covered in seaweed, so we drove to Naples every day.
