I will be happy to provide all the information and advice to enjoy the house and the surrounding area. With my staff we try to make the spaces of the house, the verandas, the garden and the park with walnut trees pleasant and comfortable.

This property has the advantage of being on one level, with three low steps. It is surrounded by beautiful flower beds, a small lawn, a citrus grove, and a walnut orchard. It is about 3 km from the village so you can reach it in five minutes when you feel like drinking a good espresso or having an aperitif at the bar. The narrow road is only traveled by the few homeowners in the area so you will not be disturbed by traffic noise. The entire property is surrounded by fencing, and the large parking lot and gate will be used only by guests. Privacy is absolute.
