Located just over a mile from Menauhant Beach and a short drive from the popular Main Street in Falmouth, this home is perfectly situated for your Cape Cod adventure.
As you step outside, you'll find a charming back patio complete with an outdoor dining table, gas grill, and plenty of comfortable seating to soak up the sunshine. Take a dip in the heated pool with provided pool toys, relax in the lounge chairs, or watch the kids play on the swing set. After a day of exploring the Cape, gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stargazing (firewood not provided).
Inside, the home is outfitted with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. The flat-screen cable TV and game room with foosball, air hockey, and pool table provide plenty of entertainment options, while the fully equipped kitchen with gas range stove, knife set, drip coffee maker, blender, and toaster is perfect for whipping up delicious meals.
