Impressive property - happy with stay

Big house, great backyard, actually has the bedrooms/beds as advertised...beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were nice. Very impressed by this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking.

amazing experience - strongly recommend

Cannot say enough good things about this property or our stay in the house. All around excellent - the home is beautiful and comfortable, the amenities/beds/linens are great, and the view from the roof is spectacular. Location is also fantastic. Elijah was a helpful and attentive host. Strongly recommend if you're looking for an extraordinary place in Austin.

Perfect stay, despite the gloomy weather

The photos do not even begin to do this incredible home justice! Sadly, it rained every day during our stay - but if we were stuck mostly housebound due to the weather, we thankfully could not have been more comfortable in such a beautiful and well appointed home! The thoughtful welcome gift from our host was a wonderful touch. Thankfully the sun peeked out long enough on our last day for us to enjoy lunch in the beautiful backyard and a dip in the gorgeous pool. I will most definitely book this home again on a future visit to Austin…it was absolute perfection.

this is a beautiful and well-designed house, fully stocked in anticipation of whatever a traveller could want. and Elijah is helpful and responsive. expensive but worth it imo. highly recommended

Amazing house!

Zilker Paradise was the perfect setting for our family Thanksgiving week! The house was in great shape and spotless! The kitchen was well stocked with items even to cook a big Thanksgiving meal! The layout of the bedrooms was perfect! One on the first floor, 3 on the 2nd floor and the master suite was the entire 3rd floor! The media room allowed for numerous, fun family movie nights! The rooftop gave spectacular views of Zilker and downtown Austin! Our family made great memories in the beautiful house! You will love it too!

Family Thanksgiving

We had a great time in Austin and the location of the house was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that there is no tv in the living area, it is in a separate, closed off room. This would be great for smaller children, but a bit difficult for the whole family to watch football, especially while preparing meals or hanging out. Otherwise, it was super!

Nice home in Zilker

Pretty, spacious home with character.Be aware the garage is not for guest use; had I known this sooner, I would have driven an alternate vehicle.Serveware is minimal, so consider bringing your own platters and serving bowls if you plan on serving a meal. Could not locate a recycling bin, so I carried all recyclables home with me to Houston…very unusual and disappointing for an Austin property!Pool and backyard are beautiful, and the property served it’s purpose for our intimate baby shower.However, for the price and 2-night minimum, I would not book again.

I'm very sorry for the shortcomings you had with our home. As the house is quite sprawling, I do try hard to get all potential info to everyone, ahead of time. We do have in our listing that the garage is not available for guest use, and I leave the Welcome Book in the entryway that contains all info on practical items, such as the location of the trash/recycle bins, which are on the side of the house or perhaps placed at the end of the drive by our trash service on pickup days. We also supply the house's webpage in all welcome messages leading up to check-in day that lists amenities and this need-to-know info, as well. I appreciate your feedback on the serving platters, and I'll be reassessing the stock, as we do want to have a very fully stocked kitchen for this exact reason. I apologize that we came up lacking. I encourage every guest to never hesitate to reach out directly if they have any questions or requests of any kind. I always try my best to make myself available and am willing to help with anything at all. There's always room for making improvements and for creating extra special stays, which is what I sincerely want for everyone who experiences Austin and our home.

Amazeballs & Unforgettable

I was lucky to stay at this property with 7 other of my friends (45+). Backyard is awesome. Pictures on site are spot on. The strings light go off understandably at 10pm but we enjoyed sitting out there just for those lights. Feet in pool, talking and just relaxing. The house was more than spacious for 8 of us. The upstairs master suite is incredible with an attached outdoor space. That shower! And then, there is the rooftop area with a picturesque view of Austin downtown. Location was great. A quick Lyft/Uber to downtown while staying in a safe quiet neighborhood. Kayak rentals and restaurants within walking distance too. Not only was the property everything you could imagine but the property manager was absolutely great. This was not my first choice in Austin but my original VRBO plans got cancelled with not much time to find another place. Elijah was very accommodating through this process and even spoke directly with rebooking team. He may have been too nice as I continued to reach out during our entire stay. Every time I sent a msg I got a response back almost immediately. I owed an extra $35 due to rebooking to new property. Elijah hooked us up with some champagne to make up for the difference or maybe that's the norm, I wouldn't be surprised.
