This 2nd Floor Studio was completely renovated in Spring of 2019. Luxury fittings, combined with urban wall-art and understated decorative finishes give the property a warm welcoming appeal. However it’s also a space with plenty of character. It’s high spec. finish & our complimentary additions simply underline the properties desirability.
Outside of the apartment London offers an abundance of things to do. With something that will suit every individuals taste….
Below is a short list of London landmarks and famous districts nearby. All fall within easy walking distance of your apartment (10-15 mins walk maximum)
Fitzrovia has long enjoyed a reputation for attracting creative minds of all ages. Giving the area an upmarket but friendly feel. Something so often missing from other 'Exclusive - but not Inclusive' areas of London.
Many of the surrounding streets have enjoyed an upsurge in bar & restaurant openings in recent years. They now jostle for business alongside the wide selection of other long-standing venues. Goodge Street itself was originally colonised by Italian immigrants. After many decided to relocate from nearby Soho. The red-light district of 1950's London. This cultural history & much more is still evident today.
