Enjoy our heated pool, newly installed in Summer 2023, and ready for your stay. Pool heating is available upon request and requires an additional fee.

(Pool heat fee: $75/night October-April, $25/night if requested rest of the year (often not needed). We generally ask for a 2-night minimum. Discounts are available for heating requests of 5 nights or more.)

This Backyard Oasis includes XL Jenga blocks and lots of space for sunning and funning. Hot Tub is in the works!

The house offers two master suites including a luxurious Master Suite with huge walk-in closet, dual shower-head shower, spa-like bathtub, double vanities and 2 other bathrooms for getting ready for a night on the town!

This is your ideal haven for Family Reunions, Bachelor/Bachelorette Gatherings (no parties- just your group please!), Golf Trips, Spring Training, Couples’ Getaways, and anyone wanting to spend some time in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and experience all that this amazing city offers.

Convenient access to the 101 freeway, which will take you anywhere you need to go! UBER or Lyft are readily available, as are golf carts and electric scooters.

Walk a few blocks to grab your morning coffee at the nearby Starbucks. Or if you have a donut fix, the Local Donut Shop is less than a half-mile away!

This is a SMOKE-FREE & PET-FREE home. In the event that you will be traveling with a service animal, please ask the host to send over the Courteous Conduct and Cleanliness Agreement for your review and agreement prior to your stay.

The home was professionally designed with high-end furnishings and 5-star hotel quality amenities to pamper you in luxury. With a great deal of love and TLC, we carefully selected our favorite deluxe bath products, fluffy spa-like towels, linens, etc. that are typically found in your favorite hotels. Enjoy the comforts of being in a luxury home with the perks of a fancy hotel!

As your hosts, our aim is to give you the wonderful service you seek when on vacation. You will love our house book with TONS of suggestions on: dining, golf, restaurants, nightlife, family fun, etc. We love sharing our love of Scottsdale with our guests!

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house with the exception of locked cabinets where extra supplies are stored.

Other things to note:

There is a video doorbell camera at the front door and a camera at the carport, both facing the street. Another camera monitors the backyard. There are no indoor cameras.

There are also noise decibel monitors on at all times in the living/dining area and back patio report loud noise, but do not record audio.
