Escape winter and spend two full months in paradise! This top-floor condo at Riverside Club offers breathtaking views of the Marco River and the Everglades, perfect for snowbirds or anyone seeking a long-term retreat. Available only for 2 month stay (Feb-Mar 2026)
The community features two heated pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball, fishing from the docks, and gas BBQ grills. Fast Wi-Fi makes it easy to work remotely or stay connected while you relax in the Florida sunshine.
The location is ideal. You can walk to shops, cafés, a bakery, bike rentals, and the marina. The popular Snook Inn and The Boardroom Tavern, both featuring live music, are just a few blocks away.
Inside the condo, youâll find a convection oven and a convection microwave to prepare home-cooked meals. Enjoy dining al fresco on your private lanai overlooking the riverâthe perfect spot for sunset cocktails or a romantic dinner.
