Anna Cabana Bungalow is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.

Anna Cabana Bungalow #4 located at 3711 4th Avenue in Holmes Beach. This totally renovated two bedroom, two bath unit features a private outside patio area with an enclosed, private, outside shower. It’s furnished with tranquil, tropical colors and beachy accessories, many of which are one of a kind circus items gathered from the estate of John Ringling. The spacious living room even features a fireplace with gas logs for romantic evenings at home. Anna Cabana Bungalow #4 will sleep four people with two queen size beds.

There is a 60” television in the living room with a Blu-Ray DVD player. The main bedroom features a 31” tv while the guest bedroom has a 26” tv with a DVD and VCR player.

New upgrades include wireless high speed internet with free domestic long distance calling and expanded cable television service. Just steps to the beach, shopping and restaurants – a car may not even be necessary!

There is a coin operated laundry room on site for your convenience as well as a private washer and dryer in your unit.

Parking is limited to two vehicles.

Stop looking! This is prime! Location is excellent-a block away from Holmes Beach! It was a 2 min walk at most to the beach from this lovely spacious home. Had most everything you’d need. We stayed a week and enjoyed both the beach and the pool in backyard. The pool is shared with 2-3 other condo guests, but it’s private enough so we always had it to ourselves. Protected from wind and a gorgeous setting. The property had plenty of beach chairs, floaties, beach toys, beach towels, etc. Did not have a cooler available to take to the beach, so bring one yourself like we did! The communication via text re: check in/out was excellent and had we needed anything during our stay we would have been promptly responded to. Comfortable beds, AC, unique set up with plenty of space for a family of 4.

We rented 3 of the 4 cabanas just recently; we were in #4 for the first time. It was very comfortable, and the pool is perfect. The proximity to the beach is great. Everything you need is within walking distance (stores, restaurants, etc.) Planning our return already!The one drawback was the couches were cleaned during our stay which meant we couldn’t use the living room for 2+ days while they dried. Would appreciate that being completed when guests aren’t renting. That’s my only suggestion.

A no exception/ greedy policy of keeping 50% of your “deposit” should you have to cancel for any reason at any time! EVEN IF THEY RE-RENT YOUR TIME!!!! No reason for such a policy! We have rented on AMI for 20+ years and not run into this. Seems very heavy handed and unnecessary! Do owners and agencies really need to collect any part of rent twice? Don’t think so! Something to be aware of! Otherwise, a really awesome experience!

Quirky Decor ; Place needs a good cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay. However there are few beach chairs (we had to rent two)and the beach wagon is inoperable. The drapes in the master bedroom have a major stain. (I can provide a photo). It needs a good cleaning--the grout in the kitchen and baths is filthy. The couches have many stains. This is a gem of a property, it just needs some cleaning. New washer/dryer. Plenty of towels and kitchen was well equipped. Location is great. I would stay here again, but only if it was deep cleaned. This wouldn't take much effort. Property manager was very responsive to minor issues (fridge needed new water filter and gas grill needed new tank of propane)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was full of surprises. The rental had mosquitoes inside all week. It became commonplace to spend evenings killing mosquitoes as they landed on your skin. Other bugs included a cockroach,a worm, and a small frog inside the property. While the rental was in a good location and had a florida charm it fell short of its potential.The units decorating was a bit unpleasant. The bathrooms definitely could be updated. Although the patio and pool area were really nice. All in all a bit of renovating would go a long way.

It was perfect for our family of 3. The kitchen was fully stocked with a blender, ice machine (very loud at night), coffee makers, washer/dryer in the unit. We loved Anna Maria and Anna Cabana was great for our week long vacation. We rented a golf cart which made it really easy to get around but it wasn't need, just good for exploring.

Biggest bang for your buck

I did not expect to spend too much time at the house, but it was so enjoyable. We got lucky and had the pool to ourselves the entire week we stayed. Everything was rather comfortable. Unfortunately, there were a couple of down falls. The bedroom nearest the pool, with bathroom attached, was rather uncomfortable. The bed was extremely stiff and the sheets were scratchy.I was really looking forward to a relaxing sleep every night, unfortunately, that was never the case. Another issue was the room was extremely hot, unless the bathroom door was shut, the AC did not cool the room down. If the bathroom door is shut, the bathroom becomes almost impossible to be in. The shower in said bathroom floods like crazy. We ended up keeping a mop in the bathroom.One final flaw was the keypad lock on the front door. It was too hot a lot of the time and we were often locked out, we were eventually given a key, but we had to go to the office to pick the key up.

Everything was working well. The AC in the BR near the Utility Room was working too well. It nearly blew me out of the bed although the duct was closed. It was uncomfortable and I moved to the living room couch. The outdoor, like the doors, need painting. Still, we loved the place and we would come back.

It worked out perfectly! This bungalow is the largest one with a great living space and well stocked kitchen, with everything you'd need!! Direct access to the pool and lots of windows and greenery outside to provide a relaxing tropical vacation place!! You won't be disappointed!!

5 Star Vacation- Again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family's second time at bungalow 4 and we loved it even more than the first time. The unit is perfectly clean and well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked and I probably used the private laundry room at least every other day so we didn't come home with suitcases full of duty clothes. The layout gives the 2 bedrooms some privacy from each other. With a toddler, I especially loved that the patio areas have their own fences/gates so we didn't have to worry about her running out the back door and directly into the pool. Which was well maintained with pool people coming at least twice while we were there to keep it clean. The beach equipment like the cart and the chairs were so convenient even with the beach such a short walk away. My kids agreed that we don't need to look for a different rental next time. We'll be back!
