This level offers a cozy Queen bedroom, a full hall bath with a luxurious step-in shower, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a large 10 x 20 deck, additional grill space on the side deck, and an open, cozy living and dining area for gathering.

Second Level:
This level hosts a laundry area with a top loading W/D set, workspace nook, a plush and inviting King bedroom with an en-suite bath (views of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets) large WIC, and a secondary Twin bedroom with desk space and additional full hall bath with a bath/shower combo tub.

Lower Level:
The lounge area offers a comfortable and large living space including a game area, a living room with a Full-sized pull-out sleeper and access to the lower 10 X 20 deck, a dining/card table, a cute and fancy kitchenette, a cozy Queen bedroom with a full hall bath (tub/shower combo) and a stackable laundry unit.

Relax and unwind on two enormous decks with comfy lounge chairs, cozy egg chairs, and a full-sized patio dining area for 7.

SUSSEX Cottage is best suited for 6-8 adults.
The sofa sleeper and twin beds are most comfortable for children and young adults.

**SUSSEX Cottage is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood with a low noise tolerance. Please respect our quiet hours between 9:30 p.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for groups that are looking for late-night celebrations on the decks.

All areas of the home are accessible for your enjoyment except for the locked storage areas and closets.

Picturesque and quiet, Tudor and Craftsman style neighborhood within a 1.5 mi. walking distance to the lovely and tranquil Lake Tomahawk and less than a 5-minute drive to downtown Black Mountain! Walk to the lake and town community center offering summer access to an outdoor public pool, fishing (with a state license), plenty of wildlife, and a playground for the kiddos!

The driveway allows parking for up to three compact to midsize cars.
