Great condo!

Spacious and well appointed, this condo was a hit with our family! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, and then some. Beds were comfy, and the water pressure was awesome! Would stay again for sure!

Really cute condo in a great location. It was equipped with everything we needed. The condo backs up to the expressway, so you do hear trucks at night in the bedrooms. I couldn't figure out the air conditioner when we arrived, and the host responded to my message within minutes and had the air on.

Clean and convenient

Immaculate, comfortable beds, and within walking distance to North Florida Hospital, which was the reason for the trip. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and coffee shops while visiting my friend's ailing mother...without needing to rent a car.

Gainesville visit for graduation

This condo was just what our family needed. Clean, comfortable, stocked with essentials, superb location (sound from the highway traffic didn’t bother us at all - it became white noise that helped everyone fall asleep), ease of check in and check out, and the host is very responsive to any communication. The proximity to restaurants was ideal, especially given the over-crowded eateries that accompany a graduation event. Definitely recommend this home away from home.

Small Touches-Large Impact

We arrived late for our first night but it was totally okay thanks to the amazing communication, including directions to the property. We were immediately greeted by the smell of fresh flowers! The light fixtures make a huge impact upon entry. We have two teens, a boy and girl and there was plenty of room. The beds were far more comfortable than any hotel. We will certainly return, this VRBO is conveniently located!

Roomy, Clean, 2 story Condo

Everything at the property was as listed. The 3rd bedroom (pull out sofa and double trundle type single beds) is in the living room. This provided plenty of sleeping space for all 7 of us. The property was very bright and updated inside. Pool and gym facilities were available but we did not use them. Everything we needed was available. The only negative was the traffic noise from the freeway, but it was not too bad. Host communication was prompt and positive. They were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others

Nice and convenient, but noisy

We were in Gainesville for UF Family Weekend, and we found the property to be an easy drive from campus and convenient to other niceties, ie Starbucks, Oaks Mall, ABC Liquors, etc. It is stylish and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, and laundry in the unit. It wasn’t the best weather, so we didn’t utilized the pool or gym, but they are right behind the unit. Communication with the manager was swift and easy. As has been stated in other reviews, this unit is right next to I-75, and you definitely hear it. They do have white noise machines in the bedrooms, but even with that and some ear plugs, you will hear the noise, particularly in the front bedroom. That being said, I actually slept pretty well, and the beds are very comfortable.
