Stay in this glamorous house and live like a true local in Bridge City, Texas. We're within driving distance to restaurants, shops, and museums. Our rental comes with 3 bedrooms, and a private bathroom, kitchen, and living room that you're free to use any time. Wi-Fi, free parking, a TV -- we've got everything you need.
Our home in Texas embraces the warm weather, humidity, and abundant woodlands, seamlessly blending into the natural landscape. It is a haven for various species of wildlife, including foxes, deer, coyotes, armadillos, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, ducks, woodpeckers, Cardinals, Blue Jays, and more. Additionally, our surroundings teem with smaller critters like lizards, frogs, honeybees, and other insects. It's important to note that encounters with Mother Nature's creatures are part of the experience, and therefore, we do not provide refunds for such encounters. As a playful nod to Texas, it's often said that the flying cockroach is the state bird. We invite you to revel in the natural beauty that surrounds us.

Guests will be required to read and honor the House Rules and rental agreement.
Parties/Gatherings
No gatherings or parties are permitted. Only booked guests may be on-site at the property at any time unless arrangements have been discussed and approved, and additional fees paid in advance.
Security Deposit
A $250 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry.
Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, to cover cleaning costs. Strictly no pets allowed on any of the beds or couches.
Additional Amenities
A crib is available upon request. We currently have 14 listings and two cribs, so please let us know in advance if you need one and we will ensure a crib is made available for your arrival.
If you need additional bedding such as extra pillows, air mattresses, or electric (heated) blankets, please feel free to make a request. A walker is also available upon request.

You've got a powerhouse team of 12 people working for you to ensure that your stay is incredible!
I am an entrepreneur at heart, running a successful real estate investment business. What we do in my company is wonderful, we turn perpetual renters into homeowners by selling them houses on owner finance! I love it, and most of our buyers are very grateful to finally be living the American dream of owning a home!
My wife, Chely, who is part of the team, is originally from Mexico, so we “habla espanol!” She is the driving force behind making sure that our listings have style and flair, and thank God for that because that is not my forte! She is great at staging and, of course, has excellent taste.
My dad is usually the “catch-all” guy, meaning if the cleaning lady (depending on the listing, either Mely, Fatima or Suzette) or anyone else cannot take care of the problem, dad will go out and take care of whatever minor issue there may be.
My assistants, Jade & Karen, who have been with me for over 4 years are available to answer many questions.
Depending on the listing that you're at, one of our cleaning staff will be able to assist – Mely, Fatima, Suzette or Sory. They all live close to the houses that they clean. Sometimes they will back each other up when one goes out of town on vacation or takes some time off.
We have our main contractor, Julio and his two workers. We also have other handymen and contractor specialists, like Jose who is an AC guy, several plumbers, electricians, etc.
We have home warranties on several of our listings.
Personally, besides being the owner finance arm of the business, I LOVE Airbnbs! We have been on Airbnb as hosts for over six years and we are Superhosts, which we are proud of, and that helps push us to constantly upgrade and improve our houses. I say all these things to let you know that our main goal is to make sure that you have the best stay possible!
