Welcome to "Coastal Haven" , newly renovated and decorated luxury 4 bedroom 2 bath. The property is only a short walk to the Chesapeake Bay. Guests will have access to the beach, pavilion, playground, basketball, and BBQ .

2 KING Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, and 1 Bedroom with Bunk Beds (twins). The couch converts to a sleep sofa.

The style of the home is coastal. The vibe is peaceful with soft colors and textures. The Kitchen is well-equipped, so you have the option to entertain.

10 out of 10 amazing place and stay.

This house is amazing on a nice quiet street. We enjoyed our stay as it felt like we were home. Clean and cozy a lot of extra room we will be back next year for sure.

Nice getaway

We wanted to have a nice simple getaway this year for vacation and Costal Haven was perfect for that! It provided the comfort of home while allowing us to have a nice vacation. There were plenty of places to go eat or shop within 10-20 minutes and the private beach area was also a short walk or drive away. We had a great time and look forward to returning!

Awesome stay

Everything about this house was amazing. Dawn was awesome with communicating and helping with the check in. This house was beautifully furnished and decorated. The kayaks were a plus. The backyard was really nice with the firepit. We all hated to leave and I hope this house is available the next time we come to Maryland. I would recommend this house to anyone. Thanks.

Coastal Haven

Coastal Haven is a fantastic place to stay if you're looking for a beautifully maintained property in a quiet neighborhood, ready access to numerous beaches and good restaurants, and a superior host who'll go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. The home has every amenity one could desire and was in pristine condition when we arrived for a 3 night getaway with visiting family. Dawn could not have been more helpful, providing lists of local kid friendly restaurants, responding to text questions within 15 minutes or less, and providing a much appreciated welcome bottle of wine. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay and a wonderful host.

Top Notch Experience

This was an incredibly clean rental and the pics and descriptions were very accurate. If anything the place is lovelier in person. Coordinating with Dawn is easy and pleasurable. The nearby beach is scenic and has pleasant breezes but going into the water is tricky (lots of jelly fish and it made our skin itchy). I think this is a “fun” coastal MD bay fact we didn’t know. We might be wimps.

Long weekend getaway

This house was IMMACULATE! Very clean, so nicely decorated and one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. The kitchen was amazing as far as having what was needed to cook meals at the house. Was a great house for small children and Dawn was so willing to go above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had was that the private beach wasn’t walking distance for small kids. For adults it is definitely walkable, but tough with little ones. Not a huge deal though, we just drove down to the beach instead! The kayaks were great and the firepit in the back were also great touches! Would definitely stay here again and can’t say enough great things about Dawn’s place!

Spotless and spacious!

We had a great vacation staying at this lovely property. Our host’s communication was perfect. We knew the where, when and how. The home was comfortable and very clean. Much thought has gone into making sure it’s ready to go! The kitchen is well appointed for folks that cook. 2nd fridge is handy too! We all slept well after active days on the water. The mattresses are divine and the neighborhood is quiet and safe! For a decent sized group of various ages this house has an ideal layout. The deck/patio is lovely for hanging out. Birds at the feeder for coffee time outside and great outdoor seating to kick back with a good book! Central location too!!!!! It’s a winner all around!! We would love to return.

Highly recommend

Beautiful and comfortable home. We needed a home base for a visit with family in the area, and this was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked and luxurious. It felt like a mini retreat. The communication with the owner (Dawn) was effective, efficient, and responsive. Highly recommend.

A Wonderful Trip

Had a wonderful trip with my sister and 8-year-old niece. House had everything we needed. Beach is walkable but driving is so easy - having access to a private beach makes this entire stay worth it. Lots to do for kids and many fossils to be found. Can’t wait to come again.

Beautiful House!

Beautiful house and the property manager was very helpful and commutative. Walk to beach was a little long for small children, but the private beach was very nice.
