Högst nio personer sover i sina egna sÀngar i denna mycket rena, mysiga, vÀlskötta enhet i hjÀrtat av Historic Park City. Historic Main Street ligger 2 kvarter bort för shopping och restauranger som passar alla budgetar. Skidbanan Quittin Time kommer ner direkt bakom vÄr byggnad, vilket ger enkel tillgÄng till Town Lift som tar dig till alla körningar.

Denna rymliga enhet (1 800 kvm) har en layout pÄ flera nivÄer som Àr idealisk för tvÄ familjer. Separat boende och matsal möjliggör flera aktiviteter. Sovrum pÄ tre olika nivÄer ger integritet.

Nio personer kan rymmas bekvÀmt med en kung, en drottning, 2 enkelsÀngar och en vÄningssÀng med dubbelsÀng, tvÄbÀddsrum och rulla. Sovrummet med vÄningssÀngen har bÀddar för 4, vilket tar den teoretiska kapaciteten till 10. Detta fungerar bra för ett yngre par med tvÄ klassskolebarn eller fyra barn ensamma. Fyra vuxna rekommenderas inte eftersom den vuxna i trillebÀdden kommer att ha den tunnaste matrisen i enheten och fÄr mÀnniskor att klÀttra över dem pÄ natten för att komma till badrummet.

1: a vÄningen har trÀgolv, andra och tredje nivÄn Àr mattor. Vardagsrummet har en skinnsoffa och en fÄtölj. En gasspis ger atmosfÀr. Köket Àr fullt utrustat med diskmaskin, mikrovÄgsugn, brödrost, kaffebryggare, mixer. Det finns en privat bastu och höghastighetsinternet. PlattskÀrms-TV med HD-programmering för vardagsrummet, sovrummet och svit pÄ översta vÄningen. Alla TV: er har en Roku med Netflix och Amazon Prime Video-programmering plus massor för gratis kanaler. Parkering bestÄr av ett garage med en bil med en extra parkeringsplats pÄ den uppvÀrmda uppfarten.

Park City, Deer Valley och Canyon finns bara nÄgra minuter bort.

Great location and property!

The ski in and ski out was perfect, the walk is super short to Quit’N Time run and very easy for both skiers and snowboarder. The rooms were great and the showers throughout the house heated up fast as well, perfect for getting warm off the mountain! Would stay here again.

The place is exactly how it’s shown. It’s a close walk to the lifts and Main Street and great restaurants. This is our second time staying here and both times were great.

Everything was great! True ski in - ski out. Short walk to everything in town. It was perfect for our group of 6 guys. Highly recommend this place.

Great family Vacation

The condo fit our group wonderfully. The kitchen was well equipped, and let us have great meals in the evening. I love ski in ski out and we could come and go as we pleased. Snow was good, Thank you Chris

Great stay for long weekend of skiing

Great location for skiing and apres ski in town! Ski in / out is so easy and convenient for blue/black skiers. Plenty of room for 2 families with kids/teens. Host was fantastic. Great communications before, during and after. Will definitely book again if we come back to Park City.

Swell Ski In/Ski Out & Convenience to the City

Our family is a mix of skiers and boarders as well as those who prefer to do other activities such as snowshoeing, snowmobiling and shopping. The location gave us all ease of access to all our desires. Totally recommend and would stay here again.

Park city ski trip

The location was great. Unfortunately the run to the place was closed but had it been open it would have made the stay even better. The place was super clean and well equipped. Short walk to Main Street. I would stay here again.

Amazing place and great location

Everything about staying here was easy. From communication with the property manager, to access to skiing. It’s also close to Main Street and buses to st Regis . We would definitely stay here again. The place was also beautiful on the inside and comfortable with everything we needed. Very spacious.

Really nice condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 5 and a few friends. The location was great! It was an easy walk down to Main Street in the evening and ski in/ski out from the stairs a few houses down worked well during the day. The updated kitchen and baths were very nice.

Best Place In Park City

My family (6 adults, 3 kids) have stayed here twice over the past couple years and would absolutely stay again when we return. The proximity to the slopes and Main Street can’t be beat. The property was recently renovated and looks great. The owners are wonderful people and very communicative. If you’re considering a visit to Park City, I couldn’t recommend this place more.

We stayed here for a guys ski trip for four night. Unit was clean and sleeps six comfortably. Easy ski in and ski out and there are steps that lead down to Main Street. We couldn’t find the Keurig though...

Nice time in PC!

Great location relative to town! The “ski-in and ski-out” was a little tricky but still terrific access overall. The climb up the stairs with luggage was mildly challenging for us low altitude folks but the unit was fully renovated and very-well appointed with virtually everything one could hope for in the kitchen with the possible exception of a citrus-squeezer.

Great time!

We had a great time staying here! The proximity to the skiing and to town were key for us - so close! Not everyone was skiing and so everyone could have their own adventure without cars and buses. The condo was very clean and well appointed and it was so helpful for everyone to have their own bathroom. Great pillows! Also the host was very responsive and allowed us flexibility for check in and checkout which made our stay so easy as we had a lot of gear with us.

Great location, true to listing, clean and comfortable. The stairs up to property were a little rougher on my parents (70’s) than expected, but the massive amount of snow and the elevation likely contributed to that, as well.

Unbeatable location and beautifully renovated 4 bedroom unit.

Chris' newly remodeled unit was the perfect place for our annual group ski trip of 4 adult couples. The property had everything we needed from a well appointed kitchen to bathroom amenities. It was extremely convenient that each bedroom essentially has its own designated bathroom and would jump at the chance to book again. The location is steps away from public stair access to either Quttin' Time run which connects to Town Lift or downtown Park City shops, bars, restaurants and attractions.

Perfect Location

439 Woodbine is the perfect location for access to the Quittin' Time run and Town Lift, as well as to the restaurants and bars on Main Street and Park Avenue. The condo is great for large groups (we had six adults), is well equipped, and is easy to access. Chris is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it. This was my second stay, and I will be back.

Great ski in-ski out PC condo

We had an incredible time skiing in Park City and the easy access this condo has to downtown and the slopes made it even more incredible! Chris was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We asked for a late check out the day before leaving and he granted it with no delay. Would highly recommend for a ski weekend with friends or family.

This place was such a clutch spot for Sundance. Once we figured we had stairs straight to Main Street, it even made the stay better. Other than the stairs (altitude is real haha) this place was amazing. Chris was incredibly responsive which was great. Even answered our call when the lock would not work. Would stay again.

Jane and I live in Salt Lake City. Our children are all grown but we often get together at our Park City getaway. We love Park City year round, especially in summer to escape the heat of the city. It is a great place with festivals, concerts, golf, hiking, biking, more. Jane and I have traveled extensively and can say without a doubt that Park City is a great destination, one you can get to from anywhere in just a few hours.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Back in 1999, we were looking for a weekend getaway not far from out home in Salt Lake City. We were shown a variety of places in Deer Valley and closer to the Park City Ski Area Resort Center. My wife in particular wanted to be close to Main Street, so we were thrilled when we were shown this unit. Spacious (1,800 sq. ft.), multi level, not too new or too fancy, it fit the bill. We are only second owner of this property.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

You can ski to the Town Lift from the back door (short, 75 yard level traverse) and take the Quittin Time run to get back to the unit. You can buy tickets at the Town Lift. No need to get in your car! If you aren't in the mood to ski, Main Street is a short, two block walk where you can find shopping and dining for every taste and budget.
