Make yourself at home at the Key Lime Cutie on Isles of Capri, two miles north of Marco Island. The relaxed community is located between the Marco River, Tarpon Bay and the Johnson Bay, with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. There are four restaurants all located on the waterfront within walking distance of your rental getaway.

You can tie up your 22' max boat to the floating kayak dock that is attached to the home's spacious over water deck or you can also launch your larger boat at the nearby Collier Boulevard Boat Ramp. Explore the amazing waterways and beaches just minutes away.

When you turn onto Capri Boulevard you will see the Capri paddle craft park where you can launch your own kayak, canoe or paddle board to explore the remote shallow mangroves on your own. There are also several kayak tour operators or rental companies to work with. At the marina you will find boats to rent or boat captains for hire. Visit nearby Keewaydin Island’s pet-friendly beach or experience world class fishing in the Gulf or back waters of the 10,000 islands.

The Key Lime Cutie is freshly remodeled with full amenities for up to 4 people and is kid and pet-friendly. Sleep in one of the two bedrooms in comfortable king sized beds with impeccable linens, two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub), laundry, 3 Smart TV’s, high speed internet for your streaming channels (no cable), fully stocked kitchen, and a sunny dining porch with step-out-the-door access to the water and spacious yard for playing corn hole and other games.

Enjoy your morning coffee or a happy hour cocktail on the deck, drop a fishing line, or launch one of the two kayaks available for your enjoyment. The southern exposure ensures evening sun and you can kayak out of the small bay to see the sunset over the gulf. Enjoy wide water views, where you will see dolphins, manatees & birds. Walk or use one of the beach bikes provided to find a playground with a new bocce court or drop in at one of the four waterfront watering holes. If you prefer golf over the Gulf, you’re in luck. We have several public courses that you can play, within a 15 minute drive. The Marco Island, Tigertail and surrounding island beaches are famous for their white sand and shelling and beach supplies are included in the amenities.

Important Note: The floating dock on the property that enables easy use of Kayaks are shared with the property owners who own another property nearby. There will be times that the owners are staying on Capri and will ask to use the kayaks. Renters will be notified. You are welcome to park a max 22 foot boat next to the floating dock. Boat cannot be bigger than 22 feet.
