If you are visiting Lake Guntersville or the Guntersville area with a decent sized group this house is perfect. It's location is convenient to everything. It is spacious and well equipped with everything you need, and then some. It sits in a private location and offers great parking. I've stayed in a lot of vrbo houses and this one ranks at the top of the list. I hope to return!

We had a family of 8 adults and 5 children and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped. We really enjoyed having all the space around the firepit to play games and the screened porch was wonderful place to have coffee first thing in the morning. We would definitely stay here again. Mandi was prompt at answering all of our questions.

Comfortable & welcoming!

We stayed here for 5 nights for a youth retreat. The home is charming and so clean! We couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations and location. The layout of the home is perfect for large group and there was plenty of indoor/outdoor space for fun and relaxation.

Exactly as Advertised

We just stayed for 4 nights at this property and it is exactly as advertised. The property is clean, very well appointed and so spacious. Mandi, the host, was easy to communicate with and offered a couple of great suggestions for a boat rental. We had a great stay!

Great family stay

The property itself was perfect for our stay. There was plenty of room. It was very clean and comfortable. The initial entrance into the property was a bit concerning (neighbors at the top of the hill) but once on the property, we felt safe and were very comfortable.

Great property near the lake

Great property near the lake. Our family of 15 stayed here over memorial weekend and it was perfect. Spacious and enough beds and rooms for everyone. We enjoyed the outdoor patio in the evenings. We had a small mishap with the alarm but the owner was quick to respond and take care of it. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for my husband’s fishing club.

My husband goes on an annual man’s trip each year and this property was perfect for them. There was a covered carport to park the boats and the owners were super helpful with any question they had. Plan on booking again next year!

Best House on the Lake

We have stayed at a lot of different homes for our fishing trips to lake Guntersville and this one was by far the best one yet. Boat parking was the best part, the home was also amazing as well. We will be back in the fall and spring next year, as well as every year afterwards. Thank You!
