Kihei Kai Nani Bldg 9, #373 is a nicely-updated 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the third floor. It has a garden view, partial A/C (living room only), a fully-equipped kitchen, two Smart TVs, free wifi, and all new furniture. There is a queen bed and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The living room is equipped with a window unit a/c, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV, and a sofa bed. The beautifully-updated bathroom features a walk-in shower. Kihei Kai Nani #9-373 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. The lanai is a great place to relax and enjoy the tropical garden view. A sparkling swimming pool and the coin-operated laundry room are conveniently located right across the parking lot from Building 12. Kihei Kai Nani #9-373 sleeps 4. Please note: This unit is on the third floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

Kihei Kai Nani has a 60ft swimming pool, shuffleboard, gas grills for your use, a coin-operated laundry room, complimentary internet service and free parking. Kihei Kai Nani is also within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Wonderful beachside stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The proximity to the beach was a highlight, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. The hosts were also incredibly responsive to any questions we had, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Property was exactly as listed. Bed was comfy. The cross breeze that went through the place was lovely. We had no need for the air conditioner. Management company was very responsive when we had an issue with the internet. Would definately stay here again.

Exceptionally clean

This condo has everything you would ever need in the kitchen. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler bags or a cooler for the beach. Games, books, etc. Quiet because it’s the last building from the main road. Pool, shuffle board and easy access washers and dryers. Kam II BEACH is directly across the street. We enjoyed the food trucks and beautiful sunsets. Mahalo!

Clean and pristine

The property was very clean amd comfortable. My only issue was the size of the bed and scratchy linens(small for two), also it would be nice to have a couple bottles of water and coffee for those who land late at night. There are no shops open to purchase these items when we landed and to have those items waiting for us for the next morning would have been a nice added touch.

Quiet retreating the middle of Kihei

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit was outstanding. Beautifully renovated with a lanai that made you feel like you in the middle of the rain forest. So peaceful sit out there. The only disappointing thing for us was that the property does not have a hot tub.

This complex is located right across Kam 2 beach and a short walk to local restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The unit is clean, well appointed, nicely decorated and modern - just like the photos. We were very comfortable during our stay. The management company was very helpful with check in information and communication was fast and efficient. We would definitely stay here again!

Bedroom was a little warm because of one A/C in the living room and cool air does not reach the bedroom. Plus it’s on the 3rd floor, so overall it would be warmer than a lower unit.

Great location

Across the street from a great swimming beach. Centrally located. Condo is clean & has everything you need. Away from the street, private. Some of these condos back up to restaurants & other shops, this one is in the last building with some condos next door, but with plenty of trees & other foliage to create privacy. It is on the 3rd floor, so you have to be able to climb stairs.

Reviewer Comments: On April 13/2023, we arrived at 373 #9 Kihei Kai Nani for a 7 day stay upon entering the property it was just as we imagined it was close to the beach and amenities. We found the unit to be very well maintained it was clean, welcoming and absolutelybeautiful. I would recommend this property to relatives and friends. The thing that I would add is for the owner to provide a 2nd set of bed sheets for the bed change while waiting for laundry to be done.

The place was clean although the sofa bed was a little basic but it was really for our kids to sleep on. We had everything we needed and it was in a good location.

We were thankful to have an extra floor fan in the bedroom as it could get stuffy in there without air conditioning. The pool and grounds are great and we enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and across the street for sunsets.
