If you're looking for the ultimate oceanfront getaway, The Sayan Tropical in Puerto Vallarta is absolute perfection. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by the breathtaking views of the Pacific and the warm, genuine hospitality of the staff. Everyone at the complex was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from day one.The condo itself is stunning — beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and stocked with every amenity you could ask for. Whether you're lounging on the private balcony watching the sunset or enjoying a quiet morning with a cup of coffee, the views are truly unforgettable.The pool area is a dream — crystal clear water, comfortable loungers, and an atmosphere that’s both relaxing and luxurious. We also made good use of the well-equipped gym, which had everything we needed for a solid workout.The on-site restaurant exceeded expectations. Every meal was flavorful and fresh, and the drinks were top-notch. Whether it was a poolside cocktail or a delicious dinner with ocean views, the dining experience was a highlight of our stay.From start to finish, The Sayan Tropical was everything we hoped for and more. We had such a wonderful experience staying at Tom’s beautiful condo in Puerto Vallarta. From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease—the space was welcoming, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Tom was an exceptional host—attentive, thoughtful, and always available if we needed anything.The property itself was stunning. The pools, the beach, and the overall ambiance created such a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. Everyone we encountered, from the security team to the restaurant staff, was genuinely kind and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.It was truly the perfect escape, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Tom, for everything!

Love this property. I’ve stayed in this building before, but this property is particularly nice. We really liked both the apartment and the location of the building. Walking distance to town, but not too close…

Good apartment, but not worth the price

We paid (a lot)/night to be here over NYE. Like Ritz Carlton rates. Granted it was the high season, but it's too much for what this place is. The host was great, met us at the door, showed us around, etc, which was not expected. The apartment itself is tired. There was open sewer smell in one of the back bedrooms that never went away (that was bad but we dealt since holiday weekend and not like it was going to get fixed then) A number of lights don't work, dead switches that control nothing. There were dust bunnies in corners, holes in outlets, odds and ends like ancient electronics, wires, etc, scattered from what must be ~2 decades of use. The restaurant on the first floor left a lot to be desired. They make good drinks though, and the host provided excellent coffee (don't drink the stuff downstairs). Neighborhood is great. Easy walking to Zona Romantica along the beach (just past gentlemen of the night and black clad dealers hiding in the shadows by the cliff. They are friendly and leave you alone if you decline politely), and the sound of Mantamar club bumping is blocked by the buildings in the way. I'd stay here again, just not for the price. Kind of was expecting Ritz Carlton grade for that much money. Sayan Beach building next door was a much better experience a few years ago (before covid) and charged less than 1/2 this price.
