Lovely property, quick walk to the beach, easy drive into town with lots of great restaurants and shops. The property owner is super helpful, communicative, and the house was over the top stocked with everything you could need for a wonderful stay. We definitely want to return!

Great host and property

We had a wonderful stay at Anne's beach home. She was very responsive to our pre-trip emails and even went out of her way to ensure the bedding and linens were washed with detergent for sensitive skin given my wife and daughter's allergies. We were surprised and delighted with the provisions and treats at the home upon our arrival and found the home very comfortable for a family of four, despite having just a single bathroom. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Plum Island Beach house

Everything about our stay was amazing! Our host Anne was very communicative from the moment we booked the trip until the day we left. The property was stocked with everything we could possibly need. If I could rate this a 6 instead of a 5 I would. We will definitely stay here again!

Summer family trip

Our family loved staying here. A lovely and well-maintained house just a few short minutes from the beach (not counting the sandy backyard that our kids also spent hours playing in while we sat on the porch). Anne keeps it extraordinarily well-provisioned, and she even provided us basic groceries (and a bottle of wine) which was such a pleasant surprise when we got in after a travel day with two small kids. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful Beach House!

The home was clean and cozy. The beds are quite comfortable, with plenty of bedding/pillows. The cabinets were well stocked with anything you may have forgotten to pack or didn't know you needed. Our wonderful host, Anne thought of everything to make our stay perfect! Convenient location, with just a short walk to the beach. We made our way to the Point on our last evening to watch an amazing sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Anne thought of all the little details, it did not go unnoticed. Anne’s place was clean with a beautiful interior. The location was great, an easy walk to the beach. Anne was very timely with communication and easy to reach. We would absolutely recommend this home.

Plum Island Beach House

Beautiful house right near the beach. Great small back yard providing a relaxing, quiet environment. Very friendly neighbors. The owner supplied everything you could possibly need and more in order to enjoy your stay. Fabulous rental. We will definitely be planning another stay.

Highly recommend

This is a very well thought out, clean and plentiful Plum Island vacation home. Anne, the host, was over the top in all the details she thought of from chargers to snacks and toiletries. The property is in an excellent location, spacious, and with a perfect outdoor patio. I highly recommend this property, and will definitely stay here again.

Very Lovely Home

Anne, your home was just perfect, clean, and comfortable. All the extra's provided was very much appreciated. To future guests, don't stress when packing; if you forget something, Anne will have it. From spices, to condiments, to snacks, to paper supplies, it was there! I've stayed in many VRBO homes and none come close to Anne's home. One minor item we did not see were bowls, which may be missed with young children. Plum Island is beautiful spot! Thank you again Anne.

Annual Girls Weekend

We loved our stay in Newburyport! Our first impression was the cleanliness of this home. From our Welcome Note, to all the amenities you could think of, comfortable seating both inside and out, and a short walk to the beautiful beach - this trip was perfect! We also enjoyed a couple of visits to the Beach Coma as well as travelling into Newburyport for shopping and dining. We enjoyed both the Loretta restaurant and The Port Tavern while downtown. Amazing Place for some R&R

I cannot speak highly enough of this rental or Anne. An amazing beach house in a quiet neighborhood, and only a stone’s throw away from the surf. Anne provided all the essentials for our visit, and even included a binder with all the details about the home and the local area. She was incredibly timely replying to all our questions leading up to the stay, easily reached during our time there, and incredibly helpful throughout. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the area, look no further. Thank you, Anne!

Wow

We've rented a ton of vrbo's but never have we been so taken care of! The host provided us with what she called groceries to start us off, but since we ate lunch and dinner out every day, we didn't even need to go back to the grocery store! House was super clean and had everything we needed - huge thanks! I highly recommend, in fact she should teach a class on vrbo hosting :).

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

If I could rate this above 5 stars I certainly would. We use VRBO all over the world and this was one of the best that we have ever stayed at. Anne was only a text/call away and addressed any questions we had in a timely manner. In fact, we were having as mall issue with regulating the hot water and Anne had it replaced within hours. I will add, the pictures do not do it justices - better in person. I have already recommended this to some friends.

Blissful stay on Plum Island

The property was perfect! Newly renovated, beach home with all the amenities you can imagine. Fully stocked kitchen with host providing a generous amount of food to start your stay. The beach was a short walk away and the host has provided all the beach items that you would need. It was amazing! We used the beach pull cart every time we went to the beach to help carry all our items. It was perfect. The house has an awesome back deck with great furniture, gas fire pit and even corn hole! The host was very responsive to all my inquiries and I felt so well cared for during our stay. We brought bikes and had fun exploring the island. I would highly recommend staying at Anne’s house. Her attention to details are above and beyond. You will not be disappointed. We all want to come back.

Best place!

There are not enough words for how amazing my time in Plum Island has been. The house was so much more than I could have EVER imagined it could be. I came up to PI after moving to Florida a few months ago and I missed so many of my best friends, so I rented the place myself and just had family and friends come in and out throughout the week. It was so very special and I can’t wait to look into renting again in the future. Anne left no stone unturned as far as what she had offered along with the house. She got me started with some food items and candy of course which was a big hit! All and anything for the beach you could think of. Again…not enough words. I highly HIGHLY recommend this rental for any family friends etc vacation. The memories will stay with us all forever.

Loved our time at Plum Island Place!

We had an amazing time at Plum Island Place! It is a cute cottage with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities you would want near the beach. Anne was easy to communicate with and made sure we had all check-in details in a timely manner, she even offered an early check in. She responded quickly when we had any questions. We have teenagers and a pre-teen, and the space was plenty roomy. There were two smart TVs, which was nice. We arrived at nearly midnight, and thought we'd need to run around the next morning for breakfast. Anne stocked the fridge and cupboards with enough goods to enjoy filling breakfasts, and plenty of snacks and candy to enjoy the whole stay! The whole place was clean and done up very nicely, with plenty of extra towels, blankets, sheets. We regretted forgetting all our beach stuff, but found that Anne's place had plenty of beach chairs, toys, beach mats and even a wagon to haul everything around. The location is good and we were able to enjoy a quiet time on the beach with just a few minutes walk. I would highly recommend staying here, and will keep in on our Plum Island short list for future visits. Thanks Anne!!

Amazing Spot on Plum Island

Anne was one of the best hosts I've stayed with at a VRBO property. She thought of every last detail and was extremely attentive and had a bottle of wine and chocolate treats for us when we arrived, along with a stocked kitchen of everything you need. And if you forgot something she had that too! It was very clean too. It was so close to the beach and the wildlife refuge - Plum island is such a special spot. We will be back again. We stayed for 3 nights with my elderly parents who had a wonderful time too. We ran out of propane for the firepit and she brought it over right away on our last day, just great hospitality. And that is coming from somebody who works in the hospitality field. Thank you Anne for making our trip so memorable and special. We will definitely be back.
