This Secure Harbor of a Home is central to Entertainment, Groceries, Eateries, Nature, Fishing and Skiing making it easy to plan your visit. The neighborhood is low traffic and safe. The house is peaceful, and unique. Warm atmosphere makes your short or long stays comfortable and private.
Main Floor: Spacious entry/dining room and kitchen. Full bathroom with beachy feel and no sand.
2nd floor: 2 rooms, one with a queen size bed and the other for your comfort.
Bsmnt: shared gaming,couch,laundry
The space
2 story home with a shared basement and a plenty of yard space. The home consists of motion lights for those unfamiliar travels throughout the house on the main level. and outside. 2 bedrooms and 2 living room sleeper couches to make a comfortable stay even for those bigger groups. A full kitchen for all your cooking needs to feel at home. After you find what you're looking for.
Guest access
The main floor and second floor are all yours and your guests. Along with your screened porch out front when you want to watch nature without the bugs. Deck out back for grilling or relaxing in the backyard. The basement is shared with myself, primarily for supplies or possibly laundry if needed. Use this space at your leisure, tho it is not intended to be a sleeper. Both basement and Laundry usage maybe allowed with prior authorization and cost. Check with host.

Hello, I am a business owner entrepreneur in the area. I'm a facilitator of sorts, and perhaps I may be of use to your trip. Hawks Haven is my first home I bought and remodeled for my Godboys and I. They have now reached an age where they don't visit anymore and The house is more than I need alone so I figured it was time to have some life in it. A beautiful home for your short or long stays. Plenty of space and if there is something that you want, I am sure you will find it or ask if you need it.

This property is Centrally located within walking distance of Groceries, Entertainment, Alcohol, Church, Eateries, River, Shopping, and Fuel. 17 miles from the local Ski Resort. 10 minute drive to anywhere in the Bismarck Mandan area.
