I was supposed to stay here over 4th of July weekend, 4 hours before arrival I was sent a message that they have to cancel because AC was broken. They than proceeded to tell me they will give me a full refund, after asking for multiple request for updates I have had to get VRBO involved, hopefully these scammers don’t get away with this again. I want my money back

Great for the family

This house provided a great home base for seeing all that Boise has to offer. Being in a quiet area, close to the River and 20 minutes from either Downtown or unpopulated space was perfect. Would absolutely stay again!

Wasn’t able to check in and they took my money

On the day I was supposed to check in, I was told the property wasn’t ready til the next day. Then on the following day they said there was people staying there that won’t check out. They when I asked for a refund they offered me a different location which i agreed to. Then I wasn’t given any information on new location and they stopped communicating with me for a few days. Then finally they responded by trying to offer another location and giving me vague answers to my questions about my refund. I was scammed out of 2300!

Perfectly clean and convenient location!

This townhome is all but new, and it’s location was ideal for us while visiting Boise. There were chocolates, snacks and waters available to us when we arrived. Keri is a lovely host and answered any questions we had right away, no delays. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge…plenty of space. Only downfall….if one has a hard time with stairs, it would be an issue, for the kitchen and dining area is on the top floor. We will definitely stay at this location for our next trip.
