We absolutely loved this property! It is very well-appointed and set up as if it was your own home. The locations is perfect for spending time in the Ballard and Fremont neighborhoods and is a quick drive across the Ballard Bridge to downtown Seattle. We enjoyed the rooftop deck…beautiful sunsets each night! Communication with the owner was fantastic! We would really recommend this property!

Very clean, spacious apt. However, parking spot was so small, only a motorcycle could fit. There were a few maintenance items that need addressed, but all-in-all, a nice place. One other issue is that the apartment faces the street which means that you have to get used to the traffic noise

Generally good, except for 3 things: 1) It should be made more clear that the bathroom cannot be accessed from both sleeping areas, only by going through the MBR. 2) Electrical circuit was tripped, and while owner was helpful in getting it resolved, the time involved was taken away from other things we wanted to do, and 3) Cuisinart coffee maker appears to leak.

Unit is modern, clean, and well appointed. Unit is also tastefully decorated in a non-cluttered way. Rooftop deck is nice spot to relax outdoors and has comfortable furniture. Appreciated that amenities are provided so you do not need to bring anything like laundry soap, hair dryer, etc. Area seemed safe and has quick access to the city, although not much in walking distance. There is a caberet across the street, but did not cause any problems. It is on a main street which gets noisy later morning, but did not bother us. The host was also responsive with helpful information. My only real complaint, which is disclosed in description, is that the parking spot is tiny and hard to get into, so ended up parking on side street, which was no big deal and just seems to be a Seattle thing. Overall would recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Great place to stay

This was a great place. Just right for my husband and myself. It was easy to find and in a central location for all things Ballard activities. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place!!

Lovely place to stay on a weekend trip! Short drive to downtown Seattle and the nearby area of Ballard has lots of shops and restaurants to explore. The property was beautiful!

The place was very clean but we felt a little frustrated with the second “bed”. I stayed here with a friend for a wedding and we had hoped to have two comfortable beds, but the bed pictured on the couch isn’t a pull out and doesn’t have a mattress. The back of the couch just folds down and it’s very hard and uncomfortable. We had to open a lot of different drawers before finding a sheet for the bed and a duvet with no insert. It it also very noisy all night with the main road being right outside the window

Excellent Stay

The space was incredibly clean and comfortable, close to lots of great food and activities, and great hosts. It faces a busy road but amenities are provided if that is an issue (wasn’t for us but could be for more sensitive guests). Overall wonderful stay and would book again.

Great location in Ballard for enjoying the Seattle Area. Right on the main bus lines, groceries nearby and walkable distance to downtown Ballard and many places to eat.

We had the best experience staying here! The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed and more! Owners were super friendly, responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again someday! Thank you!
